Secondly, the game is set up so the BugWar crisis fires by default if the others aren't triggered instead of having a trigger of its own. And ''third'' by ensuring the game was such a stalemate the "Not-God King Supreme" got so pissed off at the endless bickering that he used admin powers to spawn ''three'' separate crises at once to screw everyone over. By depressing everyone's economies all he did was make them less able to deal with it.
