Which means he can gain information from people he needs to dig dirt on them, and will see to it any offenders are properly punished. This is how [[spoiler:he got the church to not only fire Latina's teacher, he got them to excommunicate her in contrary to their rules when he had enough evidence and witnesses to back up his claims]].
