Ostensibly the dark counterpart to Nominator Libre, in actuality he's the collective avatar of all the Entities that originate from the world of ''Podcast/TheMagnusArchives''. Seeks to bring forth the Entities upon the world, and spread them across the multiverse.

* WhatMeasureIsANonHuman: Unlike her Light counterpart, she hates data clones even if she knows they're being normalized in the Arena because they're "not the same".

* Irony: Ironically for a manifestation of bloodshed, it doesn't have the best of performances in Season 299, as many times it tried doing something to the tributes which either didn't land on them, didn't harm them much, or outright ''backfired'' as the tributes would seek out the Sky itself in retaliation. The most it managed to do was twist a platonic version of the SpinTheBottle into a game involving hitting the target on the head with the titular bottle, but that eventually leads to it being noticed by Liara, who then proceeds to tear it asunder with a Singularity.

* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Fittingly for a Pokémon based on a sarcophagus, he's named after Khufu, the second pharaoh of the Fourth Dynasty, whose Hellenized named is "Cheops".

* NoNonsenseNemesis: what makes them horrifying is that they're so realistic. There's no over-the-top villainous plans, just a paramilitary organization wanting to re-establish a totalitarian government.
* TheTheocracy: The Quarter's goal is to establish a kind of state theocracy where everyone has to follow their own religious law and thus become able to control Panem. By deliberately shaping Paylor up as a goddess, the Quarters could exploit Paylor's image to make everyone obey the Quarters. In reality, the faith is directed to Markus himself.

An avatar of "YOU", the red sky is the embodiment of blood, which flows in our veins. It symbolises humans' lust for blood, death and suffering. The urge to see tributes suffer strengthens the avatar, gradually empowering it until it finally appears on the sky, enlightening the Panem residents with a rain of blood, a baptism with blood.

** Cassie, when he got infected with a piece of the Sky in his heart, began acting significantly more bloodthirsty under its influence, swinging between speaking like a SoftSpokenSadist and SuddenlyShouting as well as repeatedly desiring utter destruction of his targets of hatred in his speech, culminating in him falling under [[VideoGame/LimbusCompany E.G.O. Corrosion]], a form of PowerIncontinence only possible through large amounts of SanitySlippage. Not only that, in his corroded Fluid Sac E.G.O. form, Cassie could spread the influence of the Sky upon others as well, by firing enough blood to replicate the rain of blood associated with the Sky.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: This fragment of "YOU" was supposed to be weaponized by the League of Evil, but it was never seen again following [[ChuckCunninghamSyndrome their mysterious disappearance.]]

* HatePlague: Its blood rain can incite a lust for war. Whoever gets drenched by it would look for something to kill uncontrollably. Markus intended to use the rain to create obedient soldiers, but the rain causes the victims to go berserk instead, so he deemed the research as a failure. However, he still keeps it as the Quarters' last line of defense should someone launches a siege on the Quarters.

* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: He genuinely views the villains working with him as the closest thing he has to family. Makes sense given he's the embodiment of all evil.

* AllThereInTheScript: Her name and motives haven't been shown in the RP itself yet.

* LightIsNotGood: Bright pink and named after the SI unit for luminous flux, but corrupted into evil.

Mysterious, yet dangerous creatures spawned by Lumen, a giant siphonophore-like being. They are quite powerful, and hide in their own pocket dimensions. Here, they spawn smaller minions to overwhelm those who enter, or they just deal with them by themselves.
