* {{Foreshadowing}}: If you seek advice in the first level, Beelzebub comments that you have yet to find any cute demon girls to provide advice, and that "no matter how cute [she is, she's] but a narrator." It seems like a joke about Beelzebub's rather grotesque appearance, but the secret ending reveals she is indeed another CuteMonsterGirl.
* AFormYouAreComfortableWith: In the secret ending, she turns from an EldritchAbomination into a cute girl to make the Helltaker more comfortable.
