The icon for Universal Studios Orlando 2023. In 1920, he was the owner of a carnival whom Jack the Clown was employed at, until it was revealed the clown was responsible for the deaths of thirteen children. Dr. Odfellow, himself wanted for causing a freak circus accident, murdered Jack and hid his body in the carnival's house of horror. Years later, Jack rose from the dead and took his revenge, killing Oddfellow and taking his Cane of Souls, the source of his power. However, in 2023, Oddfellow came back from the dead and took hi cane back from Jack, taking over Halloween Horror Nights for himself. His new backstory reveals that he has been around for hundreds of years, using the Cane of Souls as a way to preserve his immortality.

A small goblin-like creature used as the mascot of the event's "Frightmares" marketing in 1997. Though not considered an Icon, he is nonetheless seen as a memorable aspect of the event's history.

In the world of Saws n' Steam, huge chasms open up in the Earth, exposing the world to the core's heat. This results in a majority of the world's oceans, lakes and rivers either evaporating, or falling into the Earth's core, cooling it down and forming a spring even larger than the Pacific Ocean around it. Water becomes more valuable than gold, and everyone begins to do what ever they can do to obtain it, such as mining for the water in the core's spring, resulting in Earth becoming a steam-driven world. In the town of New Yorkshire however, its people found another way to obtain water. At first they started with draining plants of their water, then began killing off animals and its own citizens, liquidizing their bodies to power their steam-driven machinery, but soon began to use advertisements of a "Utopia" promising happiness to outsiders.
