* HiddenBuxom: {{Downplayed}}. Arlecchino's suit doesn't exactly hide that she's well-endowed, but it's unclear initially whether it's just her suit making her look bigger or not. Once she enters her Peruere form during her boss fight, she reveals she's actually fairly big underneath.

* MsFanservice: Although she's [[{{Bifauxnen}} fully clothed in a more masculine clothing,]] her tight clothing leaves none of her curves to imagination, and she has quite a bit of it. Her boss form also exposes more of her skin - most prominently her cleavage. She also provides the less sexual kind of fanservice, given how much hype Hoyo drums up prior to her release.
* MyBelovedMinions: Arlecchino's subordinates are mostly children that raised in the House of the Hearth, that all view her as their beloved "Father." This affection ''seems'' to be mutual, at least based on the actions she's taken over the years to protect and nurture her charges. [[spoiler:Lynette]] recalls "Father" allowing vital intel to be damaged, instead focusing her attention on tending to the siblings' injuries. Likewise, [[spoiler:Lyney]] was reprimanded for requesting a Delusion and encouraged to value his own life instead of throwing it away for the mission.

* DeadpanSnarker: Many of her observations in-game demonstrate a very dark, sarcastic sense of humor.

* TheDogBitesBack: Arlecchino is a former child of the House of the Hearth that seized the title of Knave from her predecessor. What little is known about the former Knave is that she was a cruel woman known for inflicting all manner of abuse on the children, teaching them to fear her and view themselves as meaningless tools for the Fatui.

** One of her rules is that traitors and those who no longer want to stay in the House of The Heart must be killed, and she makes a good promise of it. *** Arlecchino is undoubtedly capable as the 4th Harbinger, with her numerical rank backing up her combat experience, and has numerous subordinates who are unwavering loyal to her (with at least three of them having their lives vastly improved under her care), while Furina has frequent trouble maintaining the impression of competence that she ought to have, causing her people to treat her and protect her as a mascot rather than an authoritative figure of reverence, and is [[spoiler:powerless and combat inept until she gets a Vision of her own]].

* EmotionlessGirl: Well, woman in this case. Neuvillette states that there is no emotion in her voice, and even when she's angry, she's mostly in a TranquilFury. Arlecchino herself states that "Anger makes you impulsive, and sorrow causes you to waver". However, it's heavily implied that this is her way to keep her curse in check, as it's shown that it flares up whenever she is in an emotional distress, like sorrow for her pet spider and Clervie' deaths, or wrath for Crucabena.

* AntiVillain: Arlecchino genuinely cares and protect the ChildSoldiers she raises, and her extrajudicial killings of HumanTraffickers and using their wealth for additional funding of the House of the Hearth can be considered her own brand of justice, especially in Fontaine where the issue is especially not being sufficiently addressed. At the same time, she is contributing to the same exploitative system that she suffered in.

* LikeFatherLikeSon: [[spoiler:Lyney is set to succeed her as the one behind the House of the Hearth. Mechanically, they are very similar. ** While her voiceline about Furina makes it evident that she [[ApologyGift appears to be putting some effort at making amends]], Furina's voiceline about her makes it clear that she's still terrified of Arlecchino [[spoiler: for attacking her in the dead of night in an attempt to claim the Gnosis]], and makes it clear that she currently wants nothing to do with her. Fittingly, while not entirely impossible, using both Arlecchino and Furina in the same can be very difficult, as Arlecchino's inability to receive healing outside of her Burst combined with Furina's [[AttackAnimal Salon Solitaire]] [[CastFromHitPoints draining the teams HP for increased damage]] increases the likelihood of Arlecchino getting killed if the player isn't careful.

** Arlecchino is the first character whose utility passives only serves to her own benefit, granting her a substantial Pyro Damage Bonus in exchange for being cut off from healing while in combat. Even Childe, the only other character to possess a combat centred utility passive, has one that benefits the whole party by granting a level to their normal attacks.

* CastFromHitPoints: PlayedWith. Unlike Hu Tao before her, Arlecchino doesn't actually drain her own HP to gain her [[SpellBlade Infusion]]. However, to gain it, she has to inflict herself with a Bond of Life, a status ailment which blocks off healing to the character until enough HP is restored to dispel the effect. Combined with her passive that cuts her off from healing entirely in exchange for increased damage, and she essentially locks herself off from healing until the battle ends, meaning any damage she takes won't be restored unless she can use her Elemental Burst.

* MechanicallyUnusualFighter: Generally, [=DPS=]s who rely on [[SpellBlade Infusions]], whether it be a part of their base kit or is something gained via Constellations, activate them either through their Elemental Skill or Burst for a limited time and, with the exception of early characters like Diluc and Noelle, will lose the infusion upon switching with another character. Arlecchino's is ''much'' different in this regard, as her Infusion is instead dependent on how much Bond of Life she has imposed on herself. This not only means that she doesn't technically gain her Infusion through her Skill, with it being more of a means of getting a Bond of Life, but it also means that it'll remain even when she switches with another character and is otherwise indefinite.

* PurposelyOverpowered: Arlecchino is the 4th of the Fatui Harbingers, placing her power at ''just'' below the level of [[PhysicalGod Archons]], and she's a capable of extremely high damage through her "Masque of the Red Death" state, with the added benefit of her Infusion having no real time limit beyond how long she can keep her Bond of Life going.

** While she doesn't take it as far as [[TheSocialDarwinist her predecessor]], Arlecchino holds a firm MightMakesRight belief, believing one must have strength and conviction to survive in the world and see their goals through. Fittingly, like Childe before her, her "Utility Passive" is a combat focused one, granting her a substantial Pyro Damage Bonus at the expense of cutting her off from healing, which boosts her attack power while leaving her Burst as the only means of healing herself, ensuring she adheres to her own beliefs.

* RevengeBeforeReason: Arlecchino describes him as someone who, behind the pleasant façade he presents, is driven by hatred and a desire for revenge. She goes on to say that while he is a talented schemer who can manipulate the economy with ease, his creativity is hindered by his deep-seated rage guiding his actions.
