* AdaptationalWimp: In the original show, Launchpad McQuack is one of the most dangerous members of the cast besides Scrooge himself. During the first season alone, he saves the triplets from hostile aliens, pulls off [[BeyondTheImpossible a supposedly impossible maneuver]] to rescue Scrooge during an aerial battle with the Beagle Boys, and successfully substitutes for a spy. The reboot version gets sidelined or becomes useless in a fight quite a bit more frequently, especially because he's also much ditzier.

* WasTooHardOnHim: In "The Golden Armory of Cornelius Coot!", she gets increasingly frustrated with Launchpad for his unorthodox methods in operating the Sunchaser/Cloudslayer, eventually blowing at him for crashing into the mountain which could have gotten them killed (and is surprised they survived). ** Adding onto her poor social skills, Webby is very naive and rarely questions anything. This is shown two ways; the first is when trying to make new friends. She's very trustworthy, but unless they have done something for her to question them, she assumes they are not bad people, thus someone like Lena can get close to her even though Lena seems to be a bit shady considering what she wanted to do in her first episode.
