In his Dark King form, he was able to battle the Time Patrol and Demigra with little difficulty, and in his Time Power unleashed form he was able to fight both the Time Patrol and the Dark Empire traitors on his own until he was defeated and sealed by Xeno Trunks.

The ''Manga/DragonBallSuper'' manga has shown that the Galactic Patrol/Police have existed since at least the era of the Grand Supreme Kai and the manga's main author, Toyotaro, also designed Sealas, so it's credible that Sealas really is that old.
