Ruv is a loyal follower of Sarvente and joined Kapi, Sunday, and Carol in the midst of the Corruption apocalypse. While alongside with his surviving allies, Ruv worries of Sarvente's fate on her church. Suddenly as he reminisces over Sarvente, Ruv receives a distress signal from her, prompting him to leave his allies and go onto a rescue mission to save her before it is too late. During Ruv's run to save her, he is frequently getting sidetracked by Evil Pico chasing him down.

When Ruv fights Boyfriend in "Zavodila", the former can prove difficult because of his double notes, but he somewhat fairly slow at singing when compared to the version of Ruv in ''VideoGame/CorruptionExpanded''. In this mod, Ruv proves himself to be far stronger than his original counterpart, [[spoiler: as he is able to rap both [[DuelBoss Sarvente and Evil Pico at the same time]], and is evenly matched against them in "Rebellion". Even when Ruv is ganged up by Evil Mommy Mearest and a her Henchmen, he still manages to force himself to continue fighting for a couple of minutes in a final attempt to kill Pico.]]
