Eons ago, before the current incarnation of the Digital World, existed three anomalies given physical form; born from [=DigiCores=] which displayed power that would not exist normally for many ages to come, the sheer amount of overclocking and power processing that these three Digimon display prevent them from being registered as anything weaker than Ultra Level. These three are known as '''Cobaldramon''', the Eclipse Hydra, '''Brondramon''', the Twilight Dragon, and '''Jadedramon''', the Aurora Viper.

Viper. They're also the consistent reason as for why the Digital World constantly makes contact with the Human World no matter what both sides do to keep the barrier shut; just moving between the Digital World and Human Worlds causes their sheer size and inherent power to offline the entirety of the barrier in one foul swoop.

* DoomMagnet: {{Inverted}} and {{Invoked}}. X.T.C. is the doom that attracts everything else like a magnet towards itself. As a Free Attribute Digimon that is mostly in Rookie or stronger forms, X.T.C. has the ability to forcefully summon swarms of enemy Digimon from the Nether for X.T.C. to slay and load their data with. Often times X.T.C. will summon Mega Level Digimon, but all that does is cause X.T.C. to activate its X-Antibody and X-Digivolve into Keramon X, and proceeds to load their data no differently from any other opponent.
* LevelGrinding: Loads summoned Digimon en masse as his main method of training to get stronger. He's already capable of Ultra Digivolution, but he continuously loads more data as though having an unyielding lust for more power.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: [[spoiler:Doesn't obey Keiko's command to try and slay Mirror M when Mirror M is at Phase 3 in the real world causing a rampage. Keep in mind, X.T.C. is designed to follow ''every and any command given by a human'', and X.T.C. apparently states a reason for why it doesn't obey. Mirror M is either too strong, equal in power and cannot guarantee success, intimidating beyond all reason towards X.T.C., or likewise an entity that is beyond X.T.C.'s inherent capacity to handle opponents such as Mirror M.]]
* PsychoForHire: His backstory gives this implication of what he's meant to be.
* UpToEleven: His Armageddemon form is considered an Ultra Level flat out here.
* WhamLine: X.T.C. is casually revealed to be in the control of [[spoiler:Keiko]], and thus is present within [[spoiler:''Reflection Code'' and ''Sword Art Online: Special Edition'']]. As a direct result of this revelation, [[spoiler:the presence of Digimon are likewise confirmed to be a thing in said SharedUniverse.]]

* WeakButSkilled: Onlookers of Tempest's fights take note that Tempest is usually outright lying about his general fighting competency when it comes to a general thing. In a fight he's completely unprepared for, or facing an opponent who is too unpredictable by nature, Tempest is indeed weak. However, when Tempest is fighting an opponent who takes too much time to vastly underestimate Tempest's intelligence, Tempest's attacks are observed to strike with such an absurd level of precision that by targeting key pressure points on his targets with a ludicrous amount of speed and accuracy is what allows Tempest to overcome his weak power overall, and prove to be nearly on equal footing to Flare in terms of fighting competency. Flare, meanwhile, utilizes mostly her brute strength alone with no real strategy to win her fights, and since she has a habit of being borderline unpredictable, should the event happen where Flare and Tempest were to specifically fight each other, [[spoiler:Tempest would be able to subdue Flare with his pressure point targeting, but Flare would have utilized her brute strength to heavily cripple Tempest by the time he's done hitting her weak spots. In short terms, the two are evenly matched in their respective fighting styles to flat out draw.]]

* BigEater: {{Implied}}, because of the fact Flare and Tempest are both {{Big Eater}}s themselves. So far Raiga has yet to be put in a situation where she eats food, though.

* BigEater: Doesn't waste time raiding the fridge Eats several dozen plates worth of food in Wally's house in ''Operation R.E.B.O.O.T.''.Chapter 18 of ''Digimon Re: Tamers'' as an Agumon, and reacquires so much D-Power from doing so that she immediately Warp Digivolves into [=WarGreymon=] afterwards.

* BigEater: Doesn't eat as much food in terms of overall weight when compared to Flare, but Tempest's meals are specifically nutrient heavy and enough to allow Tempest to fully replenish his D-Power and become Mega Level again should he ever be in a lower form currently.

* CurbStompCushion: [[spoiler:Gives Raiga this kind of treatment during their intense training session under zero gravity. Raiga puts up a fight despite being on the losing end of it, but she's too reckless and not refined with her technique to be able to beat Sigma. Whereas Raiga is technically older than Sigma, Sigma's dedicated significantly more of her own time to legitimately train to get stronger, whereas Raiga hardly ever trained to begin with and just resorted to her own species' brute force. With that in mind, Sigma admits it's surprising to her that Raiga even put up a fight in the first place despite that.]]
