A young girl who just wants to play the day away... except it's an assassination tactic where she brainwashes those who play with her so they won't fight back when she kills them.

The second of the Ultimate Five Assassins. He's a boy that doesn't seem to know what he wants to be, as he's a multitude of different things, but presents himself primarily as a soccer player.

* NinjaPirateZombieRobot: Invoked. He's a blue-haired, red-eyed, fanged teenager that's not only a soldier of an evil empire, but a soccer player, a ninja, and a ping-pong player, as well. He also wields a kusarigama and can conjure fire with his eyes, and his soccer ball isn't actually a ball, but a ''ball-shaped lunchbox''.

* ClimaxBoss: The last Hair Hunter from the fourth era of the Chrome Dome Empire the Rebels ever encounter. Once he's taken care of, the Shadow Chrome Dome Empire makes their move, and the Rebels direct their attention to them in favor of dethroning Baldy Bald IV.

* AlwaysABiggerFish: The organization overthrow the already cornered Chrome Dome Empire, forcing the current leader to escape in disgrace, and take over the main villain role until the New Hair Kingdom arc.

* TheWorfEffect: They effortlessly mop the floor with the Hair Hunters of the third and fourth eras of the regular Chrome Dome Empire.

The first of the Reverse Four Heavenly Kings, he's a young man with a devil tail and a passing resemblance to Gasser. He wields the Fist of the Dark Sword, giving him the power to summon swords made of a bluish-white aura and throw them at his opponents. He can fuse with his own Fist to transform into "Halon Oni 2", an adult version of himself decked out in armor and wielding a giant sword.

* KickTheSonOfABitch: [[spoiler: Does this to Bibibi, who started the entire current generation of the Hair Hunt operations that wiped out his original civilization, temporally murdered his own family and had been a BigBrotherBully to his younger siblings even prior to this. He takes his Hair Ball, temporarily killing him and leading into the events of the TimeSkip, but the killing was seen as well-deserved punishment as Bobobo had let Bibibi off the hook too easily after defeating him.]]

* EvilIsSexy: Her Dark Fist of Sexy revolves around this invoked trope, utilizing kisses and exploitive sexual themes to weaken her enemies.

* EvilCounterpart: To Bo-bobo, in terms of his body structure, fighting with his nose hairs, [[CloudCuckooLander being a total nutcase]], having supportive younger girl to aide him [[CloudcuckoolandersMinder that's far saner than him]], and having an outrageous hairstyle with strange things living inside it.

The subordinates of Major Minor, they are, [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin as their names imply]], a pair of girls wearing swimsuits. They used to be the leaders of J-Block (Bathing Suit Girl) and W Block (Bikini Girl).

This is especially jarring as Gunkan/Captain Battleship before him as well as OVER and Halekulani after him manage to be [[ArcVillain have entire arcs dedicated to defeating them]] in contrast.

* HelpfulMook: It's ambiguous if he even works for the Chrome Dome Empire, since all he does is help Bobobo and friends avoid the initial gatekeepers, and even gets them inside Wiggin Block Base.
* TheBusCameBack: After not being seen since the Wiggin Block arc, he reappears in Episode 64, having recovered a defeated Rice.

A living line drawer

A space policeman Wiggin Birds transform into if the Wiggin levels of those who hold them is too low. At some point in time after the defeat of Gunkan, Ishida bought Jelly Jiggler from the store he worked at, and deliberately mistreated him in order to toughen him up... in the anime, anyway. In the manga, he's means to send Jiggler as the empire's first line of defense for ''invading Mars''.

* AmbiguousSituation: Why exactly he's what Wiggin Birds transform into if someone's Wiggin level's too low, is anyone's guess. It also begs the question of whether more than one of him exists, but it's never discussed or shown what would happen if two or more people with low Wiggin levels touched Wiggin Birds at the same time.

* NonStandardCharacterDesign: He's drawn in a far sloppier manner compared to how everybody else looks in the manga, probably to reflect how low the Wiggin levels of those who summon him are. It's downplayed in the anime, however, where he's drawn in the same quality as everyone else, but still has a more realistic-looking face.

The last enemy Bobobo and the others face in the Wiggin Block before fighting Rice.

* PiranhaPeril: Claims to summon them through his Piranha Hell attack. Except they're actually harmless sunfish.
