* [[HiddenDepths Alix is surprisingly well-versed in Egyptology]], especially compared to her brother [[CloudCuckooLander Jalil]] (which, to be fair, isn't saying much), whose various inaccurate statements she repeatedly corrects. The captions even explain that she's doing her best to prevent her brother from messing everyone up on their upcoming test.
* Alix deactivates the Louvre's security system to free the heroes and Marinette so that they can stop the Pharaoh.

* Sabine going full MamaBear on Bob Ross when he refuses to stop filming after Marinette's room ends up on live TV.

* Chloé tries to publicly brag about her "superhero" identity, only to discover that it's not the bragging point she thought it was. Alya publicly rejects her offer for an interview while Nino reveals that she was planning to abandon the city to Hawk Moth just because no one liked her video, sparking the rest of the city to start calling her out and demanding she hand her Miraculous over to Chat Noir and Marigold.
** Remember back in ''Sandboy'' where Chloé's biggest fear as Scarlet Lady was the city turning on her and telling how the heroes were more popular than her? That nightmare has become a reality and is greatly satisfying especially as the whole thing is her own damn fault for being a self-centered NominalHero the entire series.

* Alix is surprisingly well-versed in Egyptology, especially compared to her brother [[CloudCuckooLander Jalil]] (which, to be fair, isn't saying much), whose various inaccurate statements she repeatedly corrects.

* Marinette rightfully snarks that her father shouldn't be [[NotNowKiddo scolding her to let the adults handle things]] when he and the adults [[AdultsAreUseless aren't actually doing anything helpful about the situation]].

* Sabrina glares at Chloé for making her TheScapegoat rather than just meekly take it like she did previously. Moreover, the class, led by Alix, defends Sabrina, telling Chloé that they all know that she was the one who put Sabrina up to it.

** Even more... [[WeWillMeetAgain "Arrivederci" translates as "see you again"]]. That takes ''guts''.

* Scarlet Lady is actually useful in a fight this time, hitting the Collector with a Lucky Charm bike pedal.

* Chat Noir and Marigold coordinate much faster in this version, defeating Riposte [[DeletedScene before there is any threat to the sarcophagus where Adrien is supposedly hidden]]. To be fair, Scarlet Lady helps by providing a third opponent to knock around, as well as the Lucky Charm radiator they need to break the sword/arm (albeit reluctantly).

* Roger finally gets even with Chloé for what happened in "Rogercop." He allows the band to play their music cause, well it ''is'' a music festival, which in turn recedes the violation order he issued. When Chloé objects and threatens to have her dad fire him (again), Roger informs her that he and Sabrina looked over things and realized the mayor doesn't ''have'' the jurisdiction to do that, complete with a shaded face as he tells her this. Chloé's {{Sweat Drop}}s as he does this are both hilarious and cathartic.

* Marigold drops off the others at the top of the Eiffel Tower, gets Fang the Dragon stuck in the tower, and gets back to the others extremely fast, so much so that Scar is shocked when Marigold pops up and points to her newly created Lucky Charm with an idea for how to use it.

* Marigold singlehandedly saves the day by using Bee Balm to free Adrien and Chloé, runs away with the former in her arms while staying ahead of Style Queen's attacks, and eventually doubles back and uses Venom on the Akuma.

* Marinette detransforming in front of Adrien, just to confirm to both of them that they are aware of who the other is.

* When Chloe snaps about her mother wanting to take Marinette to New York over her, Audrey wastes no time in pointing out that Chloe ''isn't'' exceptional in any stretch of the imagination.

* Doubles as [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments Funny]], but Chat Noir defeats the Bubbler with a OneHitKill by simply ''throwing'' the Lucky Charm spanner at his head. That alone likely took some ImprobableAimingSkills.

* Marinette snarkily points out that her father shouldn't be scolding her to let the adults handle things when he and the adults aren't actually doing anything to help resolve the situation.

* André Bourgeois finally puts his foot down with Chloé and [[OrderedApology forces her to apologize to Marinette]] for falsely accusing her of theft.

* Marinette refuses to let herself get shoehorned into being in the wrong, pointing out to Alya that she would only be selected to represent the school in the tournament by proving herself as the best. She then later reminds an akumatized Max that he lost twice while calling him out for being a SoreLoser.

* Nathalie in general. She singlehandedly foils Scarlet Lady's attempts to be alone with Adrien (especially since he's (supposedly) showering), takes down Simon Says' brainwashed minions, ''and'' keeps Gabriel from jumping off the roof of the studio. To quote the author's note:
-->''"Look Nino, when your boss is Gabriel I-Make-A-Living-On-Being-An-Asshole Agreste you learn how to defend yourself."''

* Adrien manages to SpotTheThread on his own and calls Lila out on her lie about being friends with Scarlet Lady after the Ladybug heroine allegedly saved her life, telling Lila that he knows it's a lie because Scarlet Lady wouldn't save ''anyone''.

* Adrien actually getting his father to back down from his threat of pulling him out of school by threating to cause a PR nightmare by telling all his friends--one of whom has a personal connection to Nadja Chamack--that Gabriel is keeping him prisoner.

* Marinette outsmarting the brainwashed Jagged Stone with a form of DoorJudo. It impresses Chat Noir so much that he lets her tag along for the fight.

* Sabrina outright yells at Chloé about not wanting to do any work for the project. When Chloé retorts by telling her that she doesn't have any other friends, Sabrina declares that that's ''not'' true because the rest of the class are so much nicer than her.

* When trapping Animan in the bus doesn't work (because he rips the roof by transforming into a dinosaur), Marigold gives him an OneHitKO with Venom, handily defeating him. Even the caption for this makes it clear how fast it went.

* When Style Queen threatens to turn her into a statue, Zoé quickly improvises a suggestion to avoid that fate and also comes up with a way to get Marigold's attention by telling Style Queen that bringing the TakenForGranite Adrien and Chloé to a public place will catch Gabriel Agreste and Scarlet Lady's attention. Of course, Marigold already knows, but her ability to improvise is impressive.
* As Style Queen makes her demands, Alya is staring at her with a determined expression, implying that she's more than willing to step up to help once again.

* Adrien continues to stand up to Gabriel. When the latter kicks Nino out, Adrien declares to Gabriel that he's going to dye his hair green. [[BrickJoke He's later shown to have indeed gone through with it.]]
* Doubles as [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments Funny]], but Chat Noir defeats the Bubbler with a OneHitKill by simply ''throwing'' the Lucky Charm spanner at his head.

** Her basically trying to blackmail Scarlet Lady into fighting by recording her doing nothing (even if this does get the Ladybug heroine tagged).

* The reveal that Aurore basically has Alec wrapped around her thumb as a result of how his attempt to rig the weather girl competition was exposed.
** And by the episode's end this is true for Nino, too, thanks to Alec's antics with Gabriel. He even calls Alec out for [[{{Hypocrite}} complaining about an alleged lack of "fairness" after what the host put Simon through]].

* Anarka and Luka using the ''Liberty'' to mount a rescue.

* Scarlet Lady manages to stop Dark Cupid by throwing a candy heart at him.
* Scarlet Lady uses her yo-yo to stop a brainwashed Marigold from stinging Chat Noir.

* Though he unfortunately gets interrupted by Animan releasing the animals, Adrien ''finally'' tells Chloé off for intruding on their group activity when she wasn't invited.
** While Chloé completely misses the hint, Adrien makes it as clear as possible that he's considers her as nothing more than a StalkerWithACrush and doesn't want her there.

* Marigold single-handedly defeats all of the minions of Princess Fragrance, including [[BadassNormal Kagami]]. Moreover, unless she detransformed and fed Pollen offscreen, she did it ''without'' using Venom.

** He gets even more awesome points later in the episode when he makes it clear that he knows that the only reason that Chloé threw the party was because she is trying to suck up to him and that it is ''not'' working. He even tells her straight to her face at the end that he ''doesn't'' forgive her ([[IRejectYourReality not that she's willing to properly acknowledge it]]).

* Nino racing across Paris trying to save his young brother from the titular akuma is certainly admirable, especially when you remember that he's willing to try to fight the akuma hoard himself despite having neither powers nor a supersuit to protect him. Well, no powers or suit until Chat Noir gives him...
** ... the Fox pendant, allowing him to debut as Fox Trot!

* When Alya hears that Marigold needs to make a trip since Chat got trapped and Scarlet Lady bailed on them, she instantly offers to keep her sister busy. This is implied to be the reason why Marigold plans to offer her the Turtle Miraculous...
** ... which she gives Alya the very next chapter, allowing her to debut as Koki Marina!

* Alya sets up two projects: one to take account of everything Scarlet Lady has actually done... and ''another'' to find Hawkmoth's identity.
** WordOfGod reveals her plan for the latter: she intends to find how long it took between the moment the akumatized victims started getting upset and when they got akumatized. By mapping out the position and time of each akumatization, she can then triangulate where the butterflies come from. While getting all the times will be hard, if not impossible, enough data should be able to do what multiple fights can't do: figure out where Hawkmoth's lair is.

** Juleka later uses her newfound confidence to yell at both her deakumatized parents and get them to stop fighting, which also proves instrumental to Jagged and Anarka realizing who was actually behind their breakup.

* After succumbing to stress while transformed as Marigold, Marinette unlocks a brand new power, Bee Balm, with an updated suit!
** Bee Balm's effects are essentially a low-tier Miraculous Ladybug, allowing Marigold to dispel some of the effects of the akumas. Fortunately, that's all that's needed for Marigold to cure the zombies and paralyze Zombizou with Venom.

* When Nightmare!Chat attempts to attack Marinette, [[BewareTheNiceOnes Rose]] leaps into action with a kick to his face and begins handing him a CurbStompBattle. And before that, she was dealing with her nightmares all on her own.
** She's later seen [[WrestlerInAllOfUs holding Nightmare!Chat Noir down with a Boston crab]].

* After Alix mocks her for bringing in yet another collage of selfies and everyone laughs at her, Chloé tries to knock them all down a peg by claiming their work is bad. Juleka and Marinette, however, quickly shut the bully's attempts down pointing out their work has gained celebrity recognition and asking why Chloé herself attempted to steal their work (''Twice'' in the case of the latter) if it's so bad?

* When Marinette's hat lands at Audrey's feet, she doesn't say anything, but, in spite of her daughter's taunts, it's clear that she's impressed.

* Marinette, even as a civilian, tells off Hawk Moth in her TheReasonYouSuckSpeech. This also motivates her to stand up to Chloé.

* A villainous moment when Stormy Weather manages to [[CurbStompBattle defeat both Chat Noir and Scarlet Lady (working together for once) in the span of four panels]]: One to notice the charge, one to beat Chat, one to beat Scar, and one to perform a FlawlessVictory pose. If she hadn't promptly gotten distracted by her own goals, Hawk Moth might have won right then.

** Her basically trying to blackmail Scarlet Lady into fighting by recording her doing nothing (even if this does get SL tagged).

* Marigold appears in a three-panel full length view after [[DynamicEntry getting in the first hit on the akuma]], amazing everyone in the room. Chat Noir, Chloé, and Vanisher yell in unison, "Who are you?!" while Hawk Moth curses from his lair. [[HelpMistakenForAttack Her help might have been taken for an attack]], but her strike on Vanisher has rendered the akuma visible and audible, revealing the akuma's weakness.

* While not concentrating on action and more SliceOfLife, the ending has Chat Noir and Marigold discussing how Scarlet Lady isn't the intended owner of the Ladybug Miraculous. When it turns to the subject of if or when they defeat Hawk Moth, Chat doesn't think Scarlet Lady would give the Miraculous up willingly. Marigold's clenching her fist indicates that there will come a time in the future when the two true heroes of Paris will have to bring down Scar like any other villain.

* Robostus showcases his abilities by not only capturing the Miraculous Team with relative ease but also managing to showcase Hawk Moth's inability to control him by turning his lair's security system against him.

* Sandboy becomes the first of Hawk Moth's victims to deliberately destroy their own akumatized object.
* When Chloé tells Tikki that she doesn't want the Kwami to find Hawk Moth, Tikki gives her holder a looming DeathGlare and makes it clear that she's ''fed up'' with Chloé's egoism. This actually makes Chloé ''stammer''.

* Nathaniel helping to pull the heroes out of the Seine using Scarlet Lady's yo-yo.

* Even though Nathaniel thought that only being able to create one item at a time as Caprikid wasn't as good as his powers as Evillustrator, he makes it count by using Genesis to create a jetpack, and then flies Chat Noir towards Reverser's glider so he can use Cataclysm, before rescuing Marc.
* Nathaniel draws Ziggy a picture of himself as Caprikid alongside the Kwami in a very short space of time with no references.
* The Art teacher subverting the AdultsAreUseless trope commonly found in the canon show by banning Chloe from the artroom and any future activities for destroying Marc's notebook. Even as she fruitlessly makes the ''technically'' [[JerkassHasAPoint correct point that she wasn't on campus when she did so]].

* Fu, under the guise of Adrien's tutor, arrives at the manor for a project that he and Adrien have been working on: a list of suspects for both the identities of [[BigBad Hawkmoth]] and [[VillainProtagonist Scarlet]] [[VillainWithGoodPublicity Lady]].
** He's also pinpointed Scarlet Lady as someone in Adrien's school, as he knows they would be the only people that could have stolen the Earrings. The vice is getting tighter around the thief...
* After the girls get the texts from the guys of their excuses for skipping out on tree planting, Lila and Sabrina are ''instantly'' able to pick up on the fact they're lying, with Lila pointing it out while Sabrina laughs.
* When Party Crasher nearly hits Marigold and Chat Noir, Ivan and Kim manage to pull them out of the way. Kim also manages to give Chat Noir an idea on how to defeat the Akuma!
* After Party Crasher traps all the temp heroes, King Monkey debuts by using Uproar to disrupt the Akuma's power and destroys his disco ball, freeing everyone. Then, when Party Crasher tries to come back for another try, Minotaurox forces him back with Resistance, giving Marigold the time she needs to craft a plan that puts together everyone else's powers.
* After Party Crasher is dealt with, Alya confides in Marinette about how her research points to Gabriel being Hawk Moth. While Marinette raises her doubts due to his akumatization, Alya reminds her that adults have very little defined limits on their Miraculous Powers, plus they have no idea what the Butterfly’s full potential is. Doubled with the fact that his house uses more power than a nuclear reactor, it looks like the blinds on Gabriel’s cover-up is starting to unravel, meaning Hawk Moth’s reign of terror may come to an end.

* Marinette and Adrien asking each other out in spite of their fears of being wrong about each other's identity.

* When Chloé tries to protest Clara's exclusion of Scarlet Lady from her "heroes of Paris"-themed music video, Lila immediately steps up and dresses her down, pointing out that Scarlet Lady is nowhere near the hero Chloé claims she is ''and'' citing multiple pieces of evidence to back her argument up. The next page also has several other people calling out how useless Scarlet Lady is, making it clear that her VillainWithGoodPublicity status is gone and Paris knows that Chat Noir and Marigold are the ''true'' heroes of the city.
* Like in canon, Chloé forces her father to make up a rule to cancel the shoot. However, here Sabrina ''immediately'' stands up to them, poking holes in André's attempts to enforce the "rule", correctly deducing he made it up on the spot, and pointing out that Clara's massive fanbase will turn on him in an instant once they find out what he tried to do. It's not enough to prevent Clara's akumatization, but it's amazing to watch her call out her former "friend's" bull.
* Lila and Sabrina's first instinct when Frightningale attacks is to protect Adrien and Marinette, and then go out to find the others.
* Alya saves Master Fu from being hit by Frightningale's attack, and manages to do improvised rhyming to avoid being frozen, then deciding to take advantage of her current situation by shielding other people from the Akuma.
** Then there's Fu's response to Wayzz: "She'd make a better shield with a '''suit'''." Marinette's clearly not the only person who's impressed Fu with her heroism!
* Purple Tigress manages to knock Frightningale out by hiding her using Clout into her song. Had Scarlet Lady not interrupted the plan the girls had crafted, they could have won right there.
* Koki Marina manages to save Scarlet Lady from getting hit point-blank by Frightningale's attack with less than a second to react.
* Due to Scarlet Lady screwing up their plan, Marigold and Chat Noir decide to bring two new heroes on the scene-Sabrina (who becomes Comousiner) and Lila (who becomes Fenice).
* Fenice uses her power, Sublimation, to give herself the ability to [[RhymesOnADime always speak in rhyme]], thus ensuring that she can fight the Akuma without risking being TakenForGranite by the latter's power.
** She proceeds to drive Frightingale up the wall by always having a rhyme ready, and drives her off towards the stage - and straight into Comousiner's trap, rendering the Akuma unable to defend herself. Bonus points for Marigold and Comousiner joining in on the rhyme when they break the object.

* A minor one but when the rest of the class are wary of Zoé, Nino shows some fantastic maturity by pointing out that they should give the girl a chance. He cites Adrien as an example of how someone being associated with [[HateSink Chloe]] doesn't tell whether the person is a NiceGirl or potentially TheBully.
* Zoe, despite her first impressions with the audience and her class, quickly proves that she's nothing like her sister and has quite a couple of moments despite being a powerless civilian (for now).
** Zoe being willing to [[TakeMeInstead go with Malediktator]], who she has already seen has brainwashing powers, just so that he stops attacking the school.
** Zoe gets a second moment when she takes the wind out of Scarlet Lady's sails by pointing out that not only did she not know who she was before that day (meaning she couldn't defend her during Chloé's project), pretty much ''everyone'' in New York was a superhero, so she doesn't really keep up with international heroes.
* The chapter ends with a bomb as Alya ''finally'' publishes her exposé on Scarlet Lady - and Gabriel prepares for what he expects will be his victory.
