* Panteleone's as well - they were never ''quite'' as bad as many others, showing mostly an obstinate chef who was too busy clinging to the past glory. But when Ramsay pointed out the flaws in his business plan, as well as getting the rest of the staff to stick up? They did - they maintained fairly consistently good reviews until the covid-19 pandemic where they... simply shut down their dining area until further notice and swapped to pickup and delivery. They still maintain good reviews into 2021, showing that they managed to Covid-proof their business and adapted very well.
