* While Ruby's actions when fighting the King Taijitu is pretty reckless, it's impressive how she managed to kill it by chopping the Black Half's head off while shooting the White Half in the face at the same time.

* Diana at one point manages to lasso a [[WickedWasps Lancer Grimm]] and force it to act as her steed. Knowing how uncontrollable Grimm are, this is an absolutely incredible feat.
* We ''finally'' get to see the Wyvern and Leviathan Grimm in a fight, and they do not disappoint, proving to be extremely dangerous foes who nearly take down the JLA and Teams RWBY and JNPR. But then the heroes manage to fight back and win, with Nora taking down the Leviathan almost single-handedly and Jessica using her Semblance to defeat Kilg%re as he inhabits the Wyvern.

* After Bruce is thrown in an Atlas prison, he reveals he could have easily figured out how to escape, but only waited until Weiss approaches him for answers about what's going on. He easily breaks out by using his newly acquired Semblance to spot a crack on the ground that exposes a weak point to his prison cell and spits in the crack to shut down the barrier.
