* Episode 8 shows the extent of Ross' scripting abilities. Rather than go through a maze of pipes to turn a lever to raise the water level, Freeman accidentally shoots an explosive barrel that causes a chain reaction that ALMOST MAKES THE SEWER COLLAPSE.

** At the beginning of the final episode, he's too busy freaking out to really shoot more than a few shots at it. Then, after about ''two minutes'', he regains the presence of mind needed to start attacking it. His first insult, a "'''Fuck you!'''" directed at the Nihilanth comes at about '''three minutes'''. It's at about '''''five minutes''''' into the fight that Freeman begins to taunt it the way he taunts everything else. In five minutes, Freeman goes from screaming in terror back to his normal self, and in less time, he begins to truly fight back, hitting the Nihilanth with several grenade launcher blasts and destroying one of the its crystals.

So after seven years of ScheduleSlip Ross buckles down and gets through all of Xen in 1 month. Give yourself a pat on the back Ross, you've earned it.
