Now deceased, she reaches out to her beloved through the Perfect Core, urging him to survive and telling Drago that he ''cannot'' die yet. Even in death, Wavern remains by Drago's side, not just for him, but for all Bakugan.

* Episode 42, "Exodus", has the Resistance, plus Spectra and Gus, doing their damnedest to prevent the Bakugan from being wiped out by the BT System.
** As the title suggest, the Resistance acts to actually evacuate ''all the Bakugan on New Vestroia'' to Earth. They literally shuttle millions of Bakugan, all in ball form to safety.
** Then, Drago and Helios team up to attempt to stop the BT System themselves. They launch a combined attack against it, but it does nothing. So Drago thinks of another idea: he ''lifts the BT System'' out of the surface of New Vestroia and ferries it into outer space. This way, when the BT System activates, Drago would be the only one caught in the blast radius, meaning he'd be the only one killed.

** When the system forcing Bakugan to take on sphere form on Vestroia is destroyed, their battle is prematurely terminated. That doesn't stop Drago and Helios from kicking the DuelsDecideEverything trope to the curb and slugging it out the old-fashioned way.

* During ''Blast from the Past'', an arrmy containing many of the previous seasons' Bakugan takes a stand against Mechtavius destroyer, with many of them having a DyingMomentOfAwesome. Special mentoin goes to Shun's previous Ventus guardians (Skyress, Taylean, Ingram), Preyas, and Alpha Hydranoid, who inconvenience Mechtavius and survive against him for an extended period of time, respectively. ''The'' MVP of the episode, however, is Blade Tigrerra, the last one of the army still standing. Now, Tigrerra was one of the main Bakugan in the ''first season'', and even then she honestly was playing third fiddle to Drago, Hydranoid, and Skyress. Mechtavius Destroyer, on the other hand, is the absolute final BigBad in a show where the SortingAlgorithmOfEvil is in full effect. So normally this would obviously be a CurbStompBattle, right? Nope, she [[DoNotGoGentle makes a defiant final stand]], deflects several of his attacks, and actually makes him keel over in pain. WHat a way to go.
