No meta moment, see this query.

* A meta moment of awesome was when, to celebrate the 20th Anniversary, ABC tracked down the first-ever winning couple and donated both the VHS tape AND the Camcorder that recorded the video to the Smithsonian Institution. Proving that "AFV" has become a huge part of our everyday life.

** "The Amazing Colossal Baby" was from the Saget era, but its spoof of 1950s-style monster movies works even today. The sight of an actual baby being shot from a close-up, low angle to appear gigantic would make Bert I. Gordon proud!

* The 1/1/17 had an episode where a biker wanted to go down a hill, off a ramp, into a lake, and went down so fast, that the bicycle ''embedded itself into the ramp while its rider flew off, and front flipped right into the water.'' It's especially amazing because usually these stunts almost ''never'' end this well.

Not Violation Of Common Sense: That Trope is about suicidal actions in video games that inexplicably give you a benefit. This wasn\'t a video game.

* One video showed a guy, while riding up the Eiffel Tower in Paris, throwing an airplane down onto the road, which is far, far away from the Eiffel Tower. The kicker is that the airplane makes it and it doesn't get broken at all.
