* In ''VisualNovel/WalkureRomanze'', Lisa has some reservations about her own bust size especially due to the fact that the other girls have rather ample cleavage.

* ''Manga/{{Sekirei}}'': A frequently pushed BerserkButton for Benitsubasa. Doesn't help that [[WorldOfBuxom every other Sekirei is very well-endowed]] (and the ones that are not are either male {{Bishonen}}, or the resident TokenMiniMoe).

* Karane of ''Manga/The100GirlfriendsWhoReallyReallyReallyReallyReallyLoveYou'' is not the flattest of of all the girls (she's actually on the small side, and small types like Shizuka and Chiyo are flatter), but she's not happy about her bust at all. A good majority of the girlfriends she surrounds herself with, including her go-to partner Hakari, are also huge, so she tends to compare herself to them.

* ''Manga/DontToyWithMeMissNagatoro'': The titular protagonist isn't exactly flat, but she's surrounded by friends who are notably bustier than her and is pretty self-conscious about it. It doesn't help that more than once they've used their assets to tease her Senpai, so it's little wonder she's afraid of losing his attention to them. Then she meets the Art Club President, who easily outsizes them all, and her complex goes UpToEleven.

* ''LightNovel/AccelWorld'': It's revealed that for all her confidence and commanding presence, Kuroyukihime suffers this, especially when compared to the more well endowed Chiyuri. This is especially seen in the second OVA "Vacation" wherein she and Chiyuri are getting physical exams at school. This may stem from a belief that she only has protagonist Haruyuki's attention until someone better realizes what a catch he is and gives her competition. This is completely false as whatever other attributes she may lack, Kuroyukihimi has Haru's complete and utter devotion as the whole package.

She was teased for being "scrawny" and "looking like a boy" (often by Satoshi/Ash and often resulting in some impromptu abuse). In the [[Manga/TheElectricTaleOfPikachu manga]], Satoshi even remarks that she could use an evolution stone to "evolve herself". This leads to a hot spring scene where the water supposedly promotes evolution, so she pours the water over her chest.... It should be noted this only applies to the anime and manga. However it's subverted in the ''Manga/TheElectricTaleOfPikachu'' as she still has a very large cup size thanks to the artist. The games and most adaptations have her being rather well-endowed (though not on the level of other girls her age such as a few female protagonists), even as an eleven/twelve year old. She doesn't angst obviously, and is often called beautiful.

* ''Lightnovel/BeingAbleToEditSkillsInAnotherWorldIGainedOpWaifus'': When the party meets Rita, Cecil feels self-conscious regarding their respective chest sizes. Unbeknownst to her, Nagi likes her flat chest the most out of all the harem.

* In ''Manhua/MyWifeIsADemonQueen'', Dorona starts feeling self-conscious about her chest size upon seeing Isabella's ample bust, which causes her to stare at Aisi's smaller chest in an attempt to feel better. This is turn causes ''Aisi'' to feel self-conscious abut the size of ''her'' chest.

* Sera in ''Manga/DetectiveConan'' is a milder example. She has small breasts and even gets mistaken for a boy on a regular basis, but she mostly just shrugs it off aside of a few comments. ("They're due to pop out one of these days...")

* Rinko Yamato from ''Manga/MyLoveStory'' seems to suffer from this to an extent. The BeachEpisode reveals that she thinks she looks like a little kid next to [[GentleGiant Takeo]], and was picking out very risqué swimsuits to compensate. Later, the first thing she seemed to notice (and despair over) about [[LoveTriangle Mariya]] was her visibly larger bust.
