For some bizarre reason, this reminds me of how many vegetarians I know who happily eat fish. After asking one about this double standard, he said it was because fish don't feel as much pain. Hmmm.
- In fact, opposite is the truth, as god/evolution has given that most fishes higly regard on their sense of touch, they feel it better than most other animals.
- Of course, plants and fungi are living beings as well and as regarding plants it is proven, that at least some of them seem to dislike being eaten, as they take counter measures and warn each others to make them do the same. So I guess vegetarians who do know this are hypocrites.
