alliterator: Quickly, Wiki Magic, fix this page!

Arutema: Fixed these:

  • In "Bushwhacked," Mal also snaps the neck of the settler-turned-Reaver who is trying to kill the Alliance officer at the end of the episode. — He chokes him to death, the man's spine remains intact.

  • This is one of the bread and butter techniques of Solid Snake. — Not possible in any of the games. The only lethal CQC attack is the throat slit.

Narvi: Uh, wrong. In the original Metal Gear Solid, the best way to kill guards is to break their feeble little necks after you grab them from behind. It's not a traditional Neck Snap, I'll grant you that, but you're definitely doing some neck breaking.

  • You sure that wasn't added in Twin Snakes? I don't remember any grapple moves in MGS 1.
    • Narvi: I've never played Twin Snakes, so I'm very sure I'm correct here.

Greenygal: *checks Firefly DVD* Uh, I hear a pretty distinct snapping sound in that sequence, plus it's really not long enough to choke him fatally.
