From YKTTW Working Title: Fluffy Tamer

goodyfun: Could we not have a picture from a Lolicon manga on every trope page, please? Why not have a picture of César Millán himself? He is this trope! He specializes in working with large breed dogs such as Rotweillers, Pit Bulls, and Dobermans originally with plans for them to be put down for aggressive behavior... Because he wuvs them! Or if there were a good picture of Hagrid, that would be great since most people worldwide would recognize him and his cuddly monsters.

This is the original. It works, but hear me out...

César Millán, moe edition!

...I'm not nitpicking. It's just that a good lot of us tropers don't read Moe stuff like it's our air, and TV Tropes isn't as inclusive to everyone if pictures from obscure Otaku series are the only ones on trope pages.

  • Sgamer82: I have no objection, though at the same time I'm not strictly for it, either. I wasn't aiming for lolicon or moe or anything when I chose that pic. It was just the first one that came to mind that expressed the trope clearly. I mean, look at her, she's gushing over the panther like a kitten. That's as much this trope as Millán. Honestly, though, if we use anyone who isn't anime, I vote for Rubeus Hagrid (assuming we can find a good pic with him and a creature).

goodyfun: Thanks. Would it do to use this picture with the caption Hagrid was truly heart broken his faithful man-eating spider friend had gone to the great web in the sky or something to that extent? Alternatively, would it work to say Hagrid tamed this Fluffy?

  • Sgamer82: Personally I like the first more than the second.

goodyfun: Okie dokie. Picture is up! I'm happy Hagrid get's to be a trope page picture. He's my favorite Harry Potter character besides Dumbledore. :D Thanks, Sgamer82 for responding so quickly! :)
