HeartBurn Kid: OK, so what's the trope here? Reading the description, it's about an evil psycho licking the blood off their fingers after slashing somebody open, but there's about a dozen examples of "So-And-So has claws." Is this about claws as a weapon, or specifically licking the blood off of them?
