From YKTTW Working Title: Evil Feels Crappy
What about the trope where someone's evil because they're unhappy, and being evil doesn't particularly suck, but it doesn't really help much either? What's that called?

Myopic Little Despot I seriously question Jack Skellington's place on this page, and especially as a page-topping quote. I really don't think it fits. He's not not dissatisfied because its "the dark side," he's bored because he's been doing the same thing for god knows how long.
