Working Title: Downright Evil Precursors: From YKTTW
Khym Chanur: Removed "The Elder Things in H.P. Lovecraft's At the Mountains of Madness.", since they really seem more like Neglectful Precursors (and are already listed there). They created the shoggoths as tools, which then developed intelligence and turned on their creators; that's stupidity rather than abuse or malice.
Eric DVH: As I said in the Neglectful Precursors page, listing downright evil empires seems kind of redundant, since that's pretty just The Empire. About the only justification I can think of for this is if the Empire in question actually created the Life As We Know It on purpose.
