Would kyon(F) qualify as a Covert Pervert?
Heatth: I doubt. Unlike Kyon(the original) she is not seen gushing after any boy. Not as much as Kyon does about Mikuru, anyway. By the way, it would be better not putting here tropes that already are in the Suzumiya Haruhi page. Unless there is a important difference/twist (like maido, where here is a boy who is one, insted a girl as it would be more common for the trope).
