But Tirek does qualify as a Complete Monster considering his evil acts. He qualifies because he doesn't have any redeeming values. Right?

No, Complete Monster isn't that simple. Any regardless, he needs to be discussed in the Complete Monster thread.

I think it’s a bit obvious that Discord wasn’t pulling a Batman Gambit, considering his embarrassment after Twilight gave up her Alicorn magic, even up until Twilight is given the title of Princess of Friendship.

The Hilarious in Hindsight entries — there's gotta be a better trope for that (if not, move 'em to Trivia.) Hilarious in Hindsight refers to events that happened after the original show aired and made the show's plot seem funny.
