Don't know if this counts, but (as I saw examples listed from Code Geass, and I'd add it myself, but I seriously don't want to spoil it) there's also Lelouch Lamperogue (am I spelling that right?). His name translates roughly to "suspicious red lamp(/light)", and not only is he a very shady character, but his geass manifests in his eye turning red whenever he uses it, and later on, it becomes permanent, so it's always red. Can someone who either has seen the whole series or doesn't give a damn about it all being spoiled for them add it for me?
Surly, many characters from My Hero Academia have birth and family names related to their quirks before discovering their quirks.
