None of those, actually. It's Retraux Flashback, though Flashback Effects and Monochrome Past might be appropriate too.
I've noticed that in all flashback scenes, the Aspect Ratio deliberately shrinks from the current 16:9 standard to the old squarish 4:3 of CRT days. Would this count as Stylistic Suck? Or Leaning on the Fourth Wall?
