Why isn't the Encounters namespace listed in JFF/Other? Is it too obscure or specific or something?

The Home Pages page that shall be used to look up language namespaces doesn't exist anymore and redirects to the main portal. Mentioning it in the article has thus become useless, and we need a new way to access a list of language namespaces.

I think we could punt the former content to List Of Main Pages, I know we have few pages with "list of" in the title, but that doesn't cause problems.

This wiki's namespace system is unlike any other wiki's I've ever seen, and I've seena lot of wikis. (Most of them use Media Wiki, while we use Pm Wiki).

Not that I'm not interested in it, but is Humanlike Foot Anatomy really more important to the grand scheme of the wiki than Alternate Character Interpretation?

As far as I can tell, if we'd list namespaces for works when the base page would exceed 400000 characters, there would simply be too many listed on this page.

Why would all original works be moved to namespaces? I thought namespaces are only used for adaptations, namesakes, or at least lesser known original works that spawned more popular adaptations.

That may have been the rule at one time, but now the rule is that all works go in the appropriate namespace. It's more consistent (why should only some films by in the Film namespace?) and it saves arguments about which works is the lesser known.

I remember seeing in a forum thread a tool to check which pages belong to a namespace. Can someone link it to this page?

Done! (for most of the namespaces; feel free to do it for the other ones)

Moving A Page is referenced twice. The first time, it's a blue link. The second, it's a red link. The page does not exist. What is going on?

I just reformatted most of the namespace references to be the actual text of the namespace and a link to the parent article for that namespace.

When I edited the page just now, for some reason the browser submitted the page before I fully entered the reason, which should have read:

Avatar isn't the only possible single-word example, so it should be "e.g." not "i.e."

To wit, "e.g." = "exemplia gratis" = "for example"; "i.e." = "id est" = "that is [to say]".
