^^For future reference: Bad grammar is absolutely a banning offense. We have the "Get Help with English" thread in the forums to help poor writers out, the only thread where editing for some who is banned is permitted.

Added a series of No Celebrities Were Harmed examples in his final edit on Captain Tsubasa Foriegn Rivals. Last I checked, a ban evader's edits need to be reverted, right?

That's correct.
That entire page was originally created by "grammy". I think that means we need to cutlist it per the rules.
His previous edit prior to the NCWH edit was doing indentation on One-Punch Man. I think it's good, but what do you think?

Revert it anyway, no matter how legit it is. However, add to the edit reason that it will be perfectly fine if someone besides the ban evader re-applies that edit. This way, it might not be Edit Warring and the edit would still be legit.
I've reverted it, and I may change the indentation myself in a few minutes.
What about the character page?
Oh, I think I discovered an Edit War on Beauty and the Beast that "grammy"/rafi was the second string in, and it concerns Chip, with a tag of This Loser Is You and an example of "Ignorant as a Disney lover".

I've deleted the Beauty and the Beast example
The troper "babil" (https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/el.php?findfor=babil)
seems to a ban-evading rafi (https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/el.php?findfor=rafi)
. He's a new user, he has edited some of the same pages as rafi was editing, and he makes a lot of the same grammar mistakes, especially in his edit reasons (and he also struggles with verbs in present tense like rafi did). He has made several edits with bad grammar that needs to be corrected, but he's also making some good ones, so I just thought I'd mention it since I don't know what the mods' ban policy is when it comes to users who are not consistently disruptive/trolls. Correcting rafi all the time was a bit tiring, after all.
