Mabel's comment doesn't read like an accident to me; it sounds the joke is that it's something a little adult or graphic, especially as she doesn't clarify

It's hard to imagine Mabel's statement as being "innocent", as she could have been talking about saliva, gastric acid, bile, lymph, or something like that which is not innuendo but could also evoke disgust.

Is there a trope that describes the In-Universe version of Accidental Innuendo? Like, when someone says something that's meant to be innocent, but the other characters interpret it in other ways. I was thinking That Came Out Wrong, but that's when the character who said the statement acknowledges the dirty implications. What if they don't? Would it still be That Came Out Wrong? For example, in Gravity Falls, Mabel says that a statue that she made is made from her "blood, sweat, tears, and other fluids." The audience reacts in disgust, as "other fluids" could have multiple meanings. Mabel doesn't comment though. Is there a trope for this? Thank you!
