But look at our cast, the ridonculus power levels is the only way to chalange half of them.

No they would not be, its dragon ball, they would just scream at eachother for 30 epiosdes and there power levels would automagicly ajust.

I'm gonna be trying a couple character concepts, see if they stick.

Well, time to start over fresh. I have a new character, but this one is MUCH more harmless and benevolent than... that other one.

This character's name is Billy. He's a Psycho who somehow was transported from Pandora into wherever the group is now. Despite the fact that 90% of the stuff he says makes no sense at all, he's a pretty nice, if not stubborn, fellow whose social skills are all but nonexistent. His only weapon is a plastic spoon and he takes a lot of beatings from others, but he somehow manages to survive it all.

tl;dr: New character named Billy, he's an Iron Butt Monkey Psycho who has a plastic spoon for a weapon.
