Most psychotic anime characters

What anime characters do you find crazy enough, Insane enough, with the most Axe-Crazy facial expressions possible, that are so crazy and insane they haunt your nightmares?

Ladd Russo. Claire Stanfeld and Graham Specter are plenty psychotic, too.

EDIT: Wait, you mean "terrifying" psychotic. ._. Darn. I don't think they qualify, then.

Johann is a very good case of creepy especially once you get to know more about him.

^^ That works just as much.

But Yami Marik's facial expressions are just plain horrifying. To me at least, and Make Ladd and Claire from Baccano seem normal in comparison.

I don't think there's a single Psycho for Hire I don't like.

Tsukuyomi, Blood Knight with a side of Depraved Bisexual.

Akabane, Blood Knight who slices up his opponents in the shape of his initials.

Yuuno, Queen of Yanderes.

Almost everyone in Higurashi when they're under the influence, but Shion takes the cake for being a true yandere.

Anyway, Shion is probably the best I've seen.

Special points go to Ryoko Asakura, due to how naive, innocent, and apathetic she is.

No mention of Alucard yet? You know, I think he and Vash should sing a duet...

Apathetic? How so? No offence, just it just seems like a misplaced term to me.

Also, since someone has to fulfil the nightmare face quotient...

(granted, part of the nightmare fuel is the fact that she smiles just as warmly while trying to gut you)

But while these may not be pure nightmare fuel. She◊ can◊ pull◊ it◊ off◊ if◊ she◊ tries.◊

And (massive spoiler ahead) let's not forget DAT TWIRL◊ as Smokie would say.

^^ Okay, apathetic may be misplaced. But basically, she doesn't care that he, well, doesn't want to die.

That's more of an ignorance, in that she literally doesn't understand the concept of death since recent events have proven that even when her physical form was destroyed, her consciousness remained and could be called forth into service again.

It's strange, but compare it to a young child's account of death in some ways.
