So would I.
...okay, yeah, so they're not technically true Cyber-Newtypes in the UC sense - or even UC at all - but still.
...heh, this talk about wanting female protags is giving me flashbacks to the Kamen Rider thread.

You know what would be fun? A P.O.V. Sequel to 0080 with Chris as the protagonist.
Or hell, a POV Prequel to 08th MS Team with Karen as the protagonist. I'd totally watch her and Eledore giving their previous CO a nervous breakdown.

Really from Jupiter, but not an alien. This is rememeber me to a lot of talks with my friends, not so nice unlike this thread.
I'm not optimist. They even can't work with the woman allies, how work with a female MC...or is actually good or become in a source of Billis Facsination. Also Sunrise don't look likely to this. But if we get some Gundam mangas with a Fe MC...is a chance, distant but is a chance.
Watch me destroying my countryIsn't there a manga or novel series with a feMC, Ecoile du Ciel or something like that?
Yep, Mobile Suit Gundam École du Ciel.
Really from Jupiter, but not an alien.Yes, that manga exist. Even has a trope page: Mobile Suit Gundam École du Ciel

Watch me destroying my countrySo, a female protagonist is already a thing.
It's not animated, yeah, and I don't know anything about that manga, but there ya have it.
So, any recent news on Iron-Blooded Orphans?
Wow, even the name sounds Hot-Blooded.

They released a second trailer a few days ago. Here it is. Not much in the way of genuinely new information — mostly some character blurbs that are basically what was on the website (though getting them in English instead of relying on fan translations is nice). The closest thing to actually new info is official English spellings of various names. They seem to be going with "Graze" for the primary Mecha-Mook, which is somewhat unfortunate as Mark Simmons has said that it really should be Grades based on the reference they're going for. Oh, and the fat kid is named Biscuit.
Japan being Japan, business as usual, I suppose.
Really from Jupiter, but not an alien.Neat! thanks.
The overweight kid being named Biscuit....wow Japan.
He's gonna die, he is a fat in a mecha series. Follow the example of Musashi Tomoe and Ryu Jose. Poor Biscuit

Watch me destroying my countryEven if he does, that moment will be a contender for the manliest, most epic moment in the series.
¡Hey i said that First!
Well if that Happens i hope Its not like in Neo Getter as in... Dying Just as the First Episode is starting
"Death's vastness holds no peace. I come at the end of the long road—neither human, nor devil... All bends to my will." -Demifiend.Soo... I Was watching Gundam Unicorn, and i have to Say i am Really Digging the Animation i am at Episode 5 and...
¿Is just me or is Riddhe becoming more of a Jerk as the Series Goes On?
"Death's vastness holds no peace. I come at the end of the long road—neither human, nor devil... All bends to my will." -Demifiend.He turns into a tool, yeah. I get that he had a pretty bad week between learning the dark secret of his family, Neo Zeon's insurrection, and being in the losing corner of a love triangle, but his hop onto the Gundam-hating train felt rather abrupt to me. At least his final line of the series made me chuckle a bit, though he doesn't exactly garner much sympathy by then.
Riddhe is schizophrenic as hell. He goes from "nice but naive rich boy who genuinely wants to help" to "RAGE MODE RAAAAGH HATE ALL THE THINGS" to "Banagher cheerleader" with like no transition between any of those.
Ultimately, Unicorn was a series with a lot of scenes that were great in isolation but there was a total lack of coherent connection between them. (That, and pretty as it was, I couldn't stand the combat, as every single fight scene was a Curb-Stomp Battle.)
Really from Jupiter, but not an alien.Soo... I Just finished Episode 7 of Unicorn
¡That was an Awesome Ending!
But i feel kinda Bad that even then there Is still conflict To come to the Universal Century like the Events of F90 and F91
"Death's vastness holds no peace. I come at the end of the long road—neither human, nor devil... All bends to my will." -Demifiend.And Crossbone. ...and Victory.
And Reconguista In G
"Death's vastness holds no peace. I come at the end of the long road—neither human, nor devil... All bends to my will." -Demifiend.And Turn A Gundam
¡Crap i forgot about that! ...¡Goddamnit!
"Death's vastness holds no peace. I come at the end of the long road—neither human, nor devil... All bends to my will." -Demifiend.I just generally ignore everything post-CCA in the UC timeline anyway. Including Reconguista and Turn A (and G-Savior, for that matter) — they're separate timelines. Amuro beats up Char, performs a Heroic Sacrifice to save the world, and everyone lives happily ever after. The End, goddamnit.
Really from Jupiter, but not an alien.
I'd settle for a female main character/protagonist at all, if they handled it well.
Of course, this is Gundam, so that's a lot to ask.
Nous restons ici.
