Seeing that you like To Kill A Mockingbird, I'm just gonna go ahead and put forward The Elephant Man.
Jorge Luis Borges. Tloen, Uqbar, Orbis Tertius, The Circular Ruins, The Lottery in Babylon, The Garden of Forking Paths, and The Library Of Babel especially.
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableI'm recommending myself Minority Report (the story) on behalf of BlackWolfe; also, I just realized I already recommended you Borges, SMI, so... I forget. Have you been following Marble Hornets?
Catching up on things I've been recommended thus far:
- Pink Floyd: I've been meaning to listen to them for a while because everything I've heard is that they're incredible, but I keep forgetting.
- Fringe: I've stopped keeping up on it due simply to being busy, but what I've seen was pretty good. (Also, the visual gag about having the enormous map letters identifying the city actually being in the sky overhead never ceases to amuse me... )
- LSD Dream Emulator: I can't play it myself, but I'm watching an LP. Close enough? It is an interesting game!
- The Lost Skeleton Of Cadavra: ...I'm not so fond of intentional camp.
- Stan Freberg Presents The United States Of America: ...I will have to go look at that. o_O
- "Rabbits": ...It's not listed on David Lynch's article... Is it a film? A book?
- We're Alive: ...Zombies have to be really different in order to keep my attention, sorry.
- Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep: Read that one... it seemed to meander aimlessly most of the time. The plot and protagonist weren't terribly compelling, and it seemed that Dick could have done a lot more with his world than he did.

The Revolution Will Not Be Tropeable^ "Rabbits" is a short film series David Lynch had made—eight episodes long, less than an hour total.
And Marble Hornets is... okay. A few of the creepy bits definitely come as a surprise though.
But now to recommend you something new... Hell, I say you just forget about "Rabbits" and go watch Eraserhead.
If you're a fan of sci fi/ surrealism, I think you'd appreciate Altered States.
I love to learn, I love to yearn, and most of all... I love to make money.I see you like Gorillaz. Heard of Damon Albarn's previous band, Blur?

oh, that's why I need this binary mind // ⌘Young Justice (show) if you haven't watched it yet.
All of time and space, anywhere and everywhere, any star that ever was. Where do you want to start? If you like that, you might like the animated adaptation of Justice League The New Frontier.
Played it. Ironically, have not beaten it. I lack closure on Closure.

But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold.I remember mentioning Closure to you before, but I don't remember you saying whether you'd played it or not. If you haven't, I strongly recommend it - it has quite the fascinating puzzle mechanism, to begin with.
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableAge of Empires, if you're a fan of the RTS genre.
I love to learn, I love to yearn, and most of all... I love to make money. You should totally check out Batman And Robin. -dodges punch-

It's not exactly naive. And it can happen. But it's tough. And definetly worthwhile.Go see the Coen Brothers's remake of True Grit. It's awesome.
I think you would like Chrono Trigger.

Requiem ~ September 2010 - October 2011 [Banned 4 Life]Hard to say...are there any Westerns you haven't already seen? Ah well, I'm tempted to recommend Gran Torino just for the obvious reason.
And...oh dear. This is awkward. Really don't know enough about your forum reputation to recommend anything yet.

Charlie Stross's cheerful, optimistic predictions for 2017, part one of three.I think you would like Splinter Cell, you ninja you.
Requiem ~ September 2010 - October 2011 [Banned 4 Life]I've already seen Gran Torino (I'm a big fan of Eastwood direction)
@Shichi I really enjoyed the MGS saga. If you like to try more than 3, that is.

I've seen it. I thought it was OK, but I didn't enjoy it.

TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faer^^ Sadly, not among my top favorites.
Have I recommended A Scanner Darkly to you before? You should check out that movie... and then maybe read the original novel, depending on how much you like it.

It's not exactly naive. And it can happen. But it's tough. And definetly worthwhile. For a very entertaining dose of slapstick humor, I highly recommend Takeshi's Castle.

Equipped with his five senses, man explores the universe around him and calls the adventure Science. If you like Discworld and Doctor Who, go ye forth and find Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency!
The Revolution Will Not Be Tropeable
For music, I would recommend Pink Floyd. The Trans Siberian Orchestra is similar, but Pink Floyd is even better.
