Honestly, no one is going to think Biggus Dickus is about a character from a movie when there's a much more obvious thing it could be about. Even if they're intimately familiar with Life Of Brian, why would they think the trope is about the character? Is there any evidence of this?

As to Some Guy's point, that's a more compelling argument for a rename, but I don't think there's any confusion right now. In our culture, what Biggus Dickus leads to is implied.
