As for new voices, did anyone know that Carrie Savage (was that the name?) was the voice of Celica or who the English voice for Hibiki was before CP console released in NA? Just wondering.

Hell, did we even know the English V As for any of the then completely new playable characters from CP before the JP version came out to consoles (the battle dialogue)?

We knew DC Douglas made a facebook post about recording for an "anime fighter" months before console CP was out. IIRC, that was the extent of our knowledge of CP's dub for the longest time...and we weren't even 100% sure it was CP he was talking about.

Huh. Completely in the blind, huh.

A similar thing happened with Stephanie Sheh (Mai) and Amanda Céline Miller (Nine).

So basically, while we have some cause for concern because of Revelator, we honestly should be more optimistic than pessimistic here.

More like just wait and see.

Some Es gameplay

Can't say much about Es other than her drive seems to be able to create some sort of delayed slash or something. That, and her overall feel is very...alien. (her theme sounds very out of place, even more so than the boy nobody wanted and her burst visual is different than others)

I pray a dub is made at some point. I've liked what games I have played exclusively because of it.

I play the game for the characters, and want to learn one to play because it makes the experience more engaging because I care about them.

Vee's gotta be there, that's a must. Nobody can do a good impression of her distinct voice and Noel just isn't Noel without her.

Visually, Es reminds me very much of Fiona from Arcana Heart. Not that this would be the first such homage in Blaz Blue.

I spent almost an hour watching Bojack Horseman, and this is still the most depressing thing i've seen all day.

Okay, i'm exaggerating. I ultimately have no real thoughts on Mai as a character, other than "Good god that outfit is awful."

I want to know specifically who chooses the costume design for some female characters so I can make jokes about bricking them.

Just jokes mind you. I'm not gonna get sued for threatening people, but still. The way some female characters dress in this is....just dammit. Dammit to infinity.

Hope Mai is an entertaining character none the less.

I Don't care what the female characters wear as long as the gameplay behind them is to my liking.

I am curious how will she played as too. I hope she is long range melee character. BTW who are everybody main characters/favorites? Mine are Tager and Amane.

I'm imaging her attacks might have some good range on them since she uses a naginata.
