This thread is for quick questions. A "quick question" is a question which has a relatively quick, generally factual answer; a question which is not likely to inspire an extended discussion.
e.g.
Quick Question: How tall is an average ten-year-old boy?
Not a Quick Question: Why are Americans obsessed with guns?
Quick Question: Why is ALS sometimes called Lou Gehrig's Disease? Who was Lou Gehrig?
Not a Quick Question: In Alan Dean Foster's Thranx Commonwealth series, is Pip a Mary Sue?
Get the idea?

Though obviously it takes a lot more time for the same level of addiction to set it in, compared to direct smoking. You know, because the nicotine density in the inhaled air is much less overall.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Marq is right - it takes a great deal extra to get addicted, but the initial effects are noticable.
Inhaled nicotine though is used to help smokers get off cigarettes, because it'll feed the addiction without it being as harmful as actual smoke - but that's a pure form of nicotine without anything else added.
"Did you expect somebody else?"I hope I don't get any because I actually felt like doing one but I did not. If you avoid the temptation, does the sensation go away?
"Thanos is a happy guy! Just look at the smile in his face!"Eventually, but nicotines is a very addictive drug. I'm tempted suggest by nicotine patches if you really think you're struggling.
The upcoming splatoon for the Wii U [A fun system with lots of cool games, I swear], is there any word on if squid girl mascot supposed to be a squid that can turn into a girl or a girl that can turn into squid?
If you have only be exposed to second hand smoke don't think that's a good idea. your at risk of developing an Oral Fixation.

"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Turning clutter and garbage into useful materials. People buy a lot of aluminum to make anthill sculptures, variants of Kintsugi, beginning smithing materials, pinwheels, and sculptures.

Warning: This poster is known to the state of California to cause cancer. Cancer may not be available in your country.Does Rogaine have any side effects that I should know about? I heard about this Minoxidil and I am a little worried, I don't want to lose my hair.
"Thanos is a happy guy! Just look at the smile in his face!"The rate of actual hair loss with it is fairly low, but you may want to look out for issues related to the heart such as palpitations and blood pressure changes, some itchiness and soreness and potentially acne on the scalp.
"Did you expect somebody else?"I've been trying to determine the proper terms to describe the ancestor-descendant relationship between Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus and two of his Julio-Claudian predecessors, the Emperors Augustus and Julius Caesar. Their family tree is proving most difficult, however. Any help?

"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Marq: Nero is the great-great-grandson of Augustus' wife from her first marriage, making him a step-great-great-grandson to the first Emperor. Biologically, Augustus is the son of Julius Caesar's niece, making them grand uncle and nephew, I think. But Caesar adopted Augustus as his own son so if you want to shorten it that way line, then Nero is Caesar's step-great-great-great-grandson.
However, seeing as how Nero was adopted by Emperor Claudius, then legally he's the grand-nephew of Augustus and great-grand-nephew of Caesar.
"What a century this week has been." - Seung Min Kim... Tangled Family Tree indeed.
Wait, so the step-great-great-grandson of one's grandnephew is what, exactly? A step-great-great-great-grandnephew?

"What a century this week has been." - Seung Min KimHow should I read Dangan ronpa? I am normally an action guy, not mystery solving guy.
"Thanos is a happy guy! Just look at the smile in his face!"Uh, try reading it? You might have to slow down a bit and make sure you know what's going on, I guess.
"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."Does anyone know how to disable regional detection in Google (Chrome, specifically)? Like, whenever I Google something, it redirects me to my country's particular site, which isn't very useful because I'm typically looking for the results in the international version.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.On the Google search engine's home page, there should be a clickable "button" at the bottom that says "Use Google.com" or something similar. That should reset the default to the international version, and replace the button with "Use [insert regional Google version here]".
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. Is there a term for when someone attributes something someone says to lying or deliberate misinformation when it can better be explained by the person being wrong or uninformed?
Like Hanlon's Razor, but instead of malice it's lies.
Anyone who assigns themselves loads of character tropes is someone to be worried about.Well, I would think that if you're knowingly lying or giving misinformation, that would constitute ill intent. I think that would still be a case of Hanlon's Razor, only milder.
"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."what is the origin of the word "whom"?
