Launchpad can probably beat a silly computer-animated tank by crashing into it. Keep in mind that planes are faster than tanks.

Survived a planet destruction, not something Desco can't overcome. Once asleep Desco can unleash star destruction level magics several times while the spell lasts. Frieza can't afford to allow his guard to fall against her at her peak, an equivalent to other Tyrant Overlords.
That said, were both bloodlusted Desco would die. Desco wins on the assumption that Frieza will toy with Desco long enough for her to try status effects while also healing away the damage Frieza is causing
