It took the batman to defeat the Arkham knight!, and even then (massive spoiler) batman was successfully unmasked and forced to activate the kinghtfall initiative. So this guy I don't even know is screwed!

No, but I'm pretty sure he would attack first, because Bravely Second can freeze time, and so unless your avatar is more than half as durable as a 1,100,000,000 year old eldritch destroyer deity(Thedamage a Dark Knight can do with 8 sp worth of actions is equivalent to about half the hp of the final boss), Alternis would probably win.

Judging from your signature, it seems unlikely that .40 S&W rounds can punch through Robocain's armor plating.
That said, UMP40 has an ace-in-the-hole against robotic enemies: her Electronic Warfare Module. She can simply hack and rewire Robocain's system to render him harmless or outright shut him down. Of course, this takes time and Robocain might have resistances against this kind of attack, but it's still her best chance.
