I'm excited for Boom! Always been a big Sonic fan, and that game looks promising.
Not so keen on the dialogue though, they could talk a lot less.

And Sonic Lost World was okay, I prefer Colors.
The dialogue in Lost World was atrocious, and the villains were all cliche. You had the overconfident idiot, the fat Big Eater who's ALSO an idiot, the wise old guy (who's a villain for some reason), The Fashionista, The Emo, and the Affably Evil guy. Now, the Affably Evil guy's pretty cool, but it's still not anything you haven't seen before.
Don't know if there are any other villains than that, haven't beat the game. But I'm unimpressed so far.
I was even ok with the dialogue in Colors, and even found some of it funny.

I even enjoyed Sonic 06's story! (Except for the Elise bits)
Level-wise, some levels were fun. (Especially the ice world, ice skating was the best) But mostly they were forgettable and it was difficult to stay fast. I actually preferred Colors more cinematic levels. (Gotta love Starlight Carnival)
Still prefer the level design of the Adventure series. Totally the best Sonic games. Sonic Lost World seemed to try to recreate that but didn't do it too well.
Also, first time using the word cliche in a sentence. If my examples are totally stupid and not cliche, feel free to point it out to me.

Sorry for the late reply!
I have to point out that Morgan Lefay can be superprotective to the people she cares about (like the JLU version), sometimes to the point of spoling them.
Leafy is a person that wants to change the world for the better, but doesn't believe in current world leadership , UN and politics that so far have failed in her eyes to help people. The fact that she feels betrayed by her brother King Arthur and her sister doesn't help. In her eyes world domination is the only way to "fix the world" but it's a role she is willing to share with anyone she deems worthy like Tara (this would be the goal in the long term).
For Tara on the short term she has the plan to bond in order to get closer to her and help her become as strong as she can be as she sees a lot of potential in her, and herself in her. Even an "evil" immortal sorceress need some shoulder to lean on and trust . Her plan also involves getting more information on "Savage and the light" so they don't become a threat to both.
She might offer to teach Tara magic, but only if she show interest on it.
