Mardek RPG is very good upto a certain point but it rapidly begins giving you much fatigue as you play.
"Genius: 1% inspiration and 99% thuggery and concept theft." - Truthful Thomas EdisonI became disinterested in Mardek around halfway in Chapter 2. I might finish it one day...
I heard the creator has a bit of an ego, but I'm not entirely sure if that's accurate, or if he got better since.

Troper page Nothing interesting here, move along...Oh, his ego is approximately the size of the Pacific. I do freely admit that he makes really good games and music though, just don't try engaging him on any other conversation points...
I only stopped with Mardek because of the Game-Breaking Bug that periodically erases your save file on Kong. I still don't know what causes it or how to stop it, but reloading my game halfway through the second game to find a level 1 Mardek and no party members about to fight a boss rather pissed me off.

Level 37 member here. Though I'm not actually one to care about the whole points/badges/levels thing, except I do occasionally go badge-hunting when I'm really bored.
I actually only find Kongregate to be an okay site - plenty of good games, but it irks me that they're eager to sell out and put worthless shovelware crap on the front page for a little extra revenue, and the comments and forums are about as intelligent as YouTube's comments.
As for the lost save file thing, that's actually a flaw in the way Kongregate handles filenames combined with a quirk in the way Flash decides what subdirectories to look for and save .SOL files in - if the developer uploads a new version with a different filename, Kongregate will also save it separately from the old version instead of overwriting the old one, which changes the default save/load location. Thus if the game itself doesn't override the default save/load location, it won't find your old save file. Idiot Programming twice over, basically. You can usually fix it by looking through your Flash .SOL files directory to find the old .SOL and copy it over to the new .SOL location.
Extra 1: Poochy Ain't StupidIs it just me, or is Garden Gnome Carnage more addicting than Robot Unicorn?
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Level 37 member here, called Darxzero, shockingly enough. I'll agree, the forums are rather ridiculous, which is why I very rarely post outside one of the subforums. The same goes for some of the chatrooms, actually...
Escape.I agree, the games are very well-made, especially since PseudoLoneWolf * made it on his own (I think?). But from what I heard, he's not someone I'd want to meet.
I suppose the reason why I'm not playing it at the moment is because I get the feeling that there'll be some sort of Anvilicious message about how God doesn't exist/is evil somewhere down the line, if it hasn't already happened within the first three games.

Troper page Nothing interesting here, move along...It's not that bad in Mardek, it being a fantasy setting and all. The YALORT priest is a pretty cool guy.
SlashesWithClaws, Level 20.

Mary had a little lamb... but I ate it.Good grief, I finally got the master trophy collector badge in Pixel Purge. Having to build a combo chain of 1000 to get the last Platinum trophy nearly destroyed me.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectThe trick to that was to not collect pixels to level up. Spend your points on spread, stay in the middle, and just fire in a circle. You won't get past level 3'ish, so nothing particularly dangerous ever comes at you.
So difficulty is based on level? How did I not see this. Good Lord I'm dense.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectIf you actually pulled a 1000x combo on level 10+, you're a hell of a lot better at it than me
It is possible, but improbable. (got well over 750 a couple of times playing normaly, but did not quite reach 1000)
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Having some of the Trophy Collector trophies helps too, as you get bonus skill points when you start. I saved that trophy for last and put most of the points in Fire Rate and Fire Spread.
Troper page Nothing interesting here, move along...@Pykrete: I did actually. Shield power ups are extremely useful, since they stop you from taking damage (for one hit, at any rate) and having your chain interrupted.

Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectHave an account there, but can't remember my level.
Had a huge addiction to Protector though. Best kind of Tower Defense game I played.
Sonic hates SOPAAnti Idle its like crack except free...
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans. At some point I got tired of playing the TD games. The are fun for a while, but I am not willing to put so much time into doing what is basically the same things over and over.
I no longer play any of the Pokemon games for the same reason.
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!For tower defense, I like Cursed Treasure and the Gemcraft games, though Protector is damn fun as well.
Of course, those are the only tower defense games I'll play, because I tend to get bored of them quite easily.
One of my few regrets about being born female is the inability to grow a handlebar mustache. -LandstanderWho's played Infectionator?
Fight smart, not fair.If I'm remembering the right game, it's partly luck-based and partly level grinding, but I had nothing better to do at the time anyway.
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...I have. Played both, actually. Quite fun for a while.
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!I play there occasionally. I'm only level 20 there.
For a long time, I was playing their flagship title Kongai but ragequit the game after being stuck at around rank 39 for the longest time.
and that's how Equestria was made!
Achievement Unlocked is one of my favorites
