I do have to wonder why Xerneas and Yveltal are shiny, but not Zygarde.
Coincidentally, shiny Zygarde is my favorite of the 3.

So I decided to face off a bunch of Super Secret Base trainers despite the fact I normally don't do
And then, I faced off a SSB trainer that happens to have a hacked Mega Latias. When I switched to Sableye, that Mega Latias managed to hit Sableye with Psyshock and it deals super effective damage to boot. Psyshock is normally Psychic-type. Though Sableye manage to survived because of Draco Meteor she used before.
I then switch to Volcarano, thinking that hacked Psyshock is Fairy-type. But nope, it just deals normal damage. When Volcarano used Bug Buzz, it deals not very effective damage on her.
I'm now confused. I'm sure it's hacked because Mega Latias did stuff that normally doesn't work, but I'm not sure what on earth its Psyshock typing is.

I've never heard of someone hacking a move to change its type on a single Pokemon... usually they'd change the Pokemon's ability or something.

The only other possible reason I can think of is that it's an Inverse Battle.
Normally the base choices are only Single, Double, Triple, but if it's hacked, I bet they hacked that too.

an inverse battle would mean the lati would resist bug buzz, not be neutral
... which brings up another boggling questions
I had an interesting idea of how to make the Eeveelutions better without changing a whole lot.
Just take one of their lower stats they don't need, take it down to 50 and put the 15 points and put it into one of their low stats they do need it in.

That applies to all Pokemon. Do you know how amazing Hydreigon can be if I cut down its useless Attack and buff Speed and Special Attack.

Yeah, but Hydreigon is really good, regardless.
Most of the Eeveelutions are just mediocre.
And even the ones that are actually good are good in spite of their stats, rather than because.

In fairness, Hydreigon has some use in going mixed. Doesn't mean I wouldn't leave his Attack untouched and buff all the other stats in a hypothetical Mega, mind you.
(Seriously, though. Mega Hydreigon: Dragon/Dark, Mega Launcher, 92/105/115/150/115/123. Hello, top tier)

I sub to Chugga as well, PokeRemixStudio (even tho they haven't uploaded in a while), and... that's about it.
The only others one i sub to that do Pokemon content are Rabbid Luigi and Playing With Mah Wii. The latter is actually currently doing an LP of Pokemon TPP Version... if he can upload.

So, we're getting X&Y's Legendaries via the Nintendo network. Shiny ones at that. Yay.
Oh, and I got a Manaphy for a Rhyhorn via wonder trade. I know they're common, but I was still happy.
EDIT: Just to note, each one is only up for a limited time. Zygarde is up right now until the May 8, with the rest coming the 11th and 20th. Those two are the shinies.
