Weird dreams

I got testosterone online, and I went into the bathroom with my mom so she could inject it into me. I looked away as she injected it and I asked her if there was any blood in the syringe. She said yes and I started to panic because I was gonna die and she was trying to calm me down.

It's one of the dreams I had where it feels like it actually happened.

I woke up thinking that this was a story I needed to write post-haste because the difference between those words must be made known to the general public. Then I realized that 1) Even my dreams point out the differences between words and 2) I never finish stories I start based off dreams.

Not weird, but annoying. I dreamt I had hundred so dollars in my wallet.

Really annoying in the morning when I think I really do.

Oh, and it was a weird. Involved a weird mix of Avatar, aSoIaF and other elements. All but one nation female led. The male ruler was a bit foppish and narrowly avoided being robbed by Jayne Cobb, who had a little girl who hid every time he went out.

And I was the mage leading a coronation.*

At the peak of which I fell onto the ground and saw things in the sky. The moon, then groups of three, five and nine (or thereabouts) around them. And then the ground erupted all around with little water spouts.

I was playing/living Batman Arkham Asylum (my dreams tend to blur the line as to just how deeply immersed I am when video games are involved). I was in a small room with a dividing wall that didn't quite go all the way, with electric floors and Bane on the other side. Apparently, Bane didn't realize that there was a gap in the wall until I walked around it, at which point he actually started trying to kill me. My attempts to avoid him involved using the Line Launcher to get to the other side of the very tiny room. I think this was supposed to take place after the main game.

Then, somehow, Bane disappeared and I completely forgot about him. Now, I was trying to protect Dr. Young and Harley Quinn's disembodied head in a snow globe from a Joker who had somehow gained the ability to teleport and survive complete dismemberment. The electric floors were still there, but they only seemed to hurt the Joker if I threw him down on them. Then, he disappeared and said some vague thing over the intercom about using an "Infinity Orb." At that point, a procession of brainwashed people came down the stairs holding shrunken heads whose eyes alternated between glowing green and red.

Ultimately, my attempts to stop them were met with no reaction whatsoever, although I did manage to get one guy to drop the barstool he was carrying and then use it to beat the guy behind him. The procession caught up with Dr. Young and Harley and, presumably, killed them. The Game Over screen gave me a lot of very vague, cryptic hints, which turned into a Game Over trophy sitting on the shelf of that same room.

Then, I'm pretty sure I woke up.

I was dreaming that I was running a real life version of Crazy Factory (Old windows 98 game for those that didn't know). Which is funny because I haven't played that game in years.

Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.

I had a weird one last night. My brother was driving me around town, and I mentioned that I had to run into a store to get something. I told him to wait outside. As I walked towards the store, I saw my dad walking towards an Italian restaurant. However, for some reason, I knew I wasn't allowed to eat there, even though the food looked AMAZING. I caught up with him and started talking to him. We walked into the restaurant, and after some talking to some folks in charge, I managed to get a job there.

Now an employee on my first day, I didn't do much until my lunch break. A bunch of other employees and I were told to meet everyone else at a cave thousands of feet in the air on a mountain so we could eat. We got there, but we were alone. No one else showed up for lunch, and we were stranded.

When I awoke, Fridge Logic kicked in when I remembered that my brother was still outside the store waiting.

In my life I have dreamed of sex 5 times.

I only remember bits and pieces of my dreams and I seem to dream multiple things over the night, very broken up and random

Last night I dreamed of antiquing with my grandmother who passed away several years ago. Pretty standard wandering through a shop looking at this and that and talking to grandma about things. In one of the shops I found a whole heap of G1 my little ponies and I was agonizing of which ones to buy because I had limited funds and there were some REALLY rare ones there...

Then it switched to where I was following some kids into an abandoned building that we'd been told not to go near. Somehow we ended up in a universe where humans were like rats and we were raiding a supermarket to get supplies for our hideout before some Goblin-like things showed up to drive us off.

I wish the grandmother part of the dream had lasted longer. She prettymuch raised me as a kid and I really miss her.

This Space for Rent

Yesterday, I played Endgame Singularity. I didn't even like it that much, but the next thing I see in my dream is me being a goddamn AI entity. That doesn't even usually happen to me. Hence my question: what is your Dream Tetris Effect threshold?

In last night's dream I found some special apples that, when you took a bite, would petrify you for about ten seconds.

Me being me, I bought several of them, and started eating one of them really fast (the petrification wasn't instantaneous, but rather started a few seconds after swallowing) to see if I could make the effect last longer. I think I ended up petrifying myself for a minute and a half or so.

Stupid doomed timeline...

I had an odd sort of nightmare. Mario was being chased by a giant cucumber, much like the angry sun in SMB 3. It would follow him and sometimes pop out of the scenery, as it was disguised as a tree. No matter what, the cucumber could not be outrun. On the chase, people said how they hated Mario and wished the cucumber got him. At the end of my dream, an elderly couple revealed that it was because Mario reminded them of their childhood innocence.

"What's out there? What's waiting for me?"

I don't really play enough to have videogame-related dreams.

But quite a few years ago, when I was heavily into Roguelikes, I have had a few dreams in ASCII (generally unrelated to the game, except for the interface).

But they seem to know where they are going, the ones who walk away from Omelas.

Sometimes I find myself unable to speak louder than a whisper in dreams.

Seeing all these piss ant tropers trying to talk tough makes me laugh. If Matrix were here, he'd laugh too.

Last night after being wired on Mayan-style hot chocolate, I had a weird, sad dream where I was writing/directing a musical that felt like a gender-fucked Spring Awakening mixed with Pans Labyrinth.

I was working with a guy in a school uniform and an androgynous person*

in a dirty white dress shirt. The suit-guy's name was Martin, the androgyne was called by hir last name, Ishida. They were lying against a tree and Martin was crying into Ishida's shirt. After a couple of seconds, Ishida started singing a lullaby and due to dream knowledge, everyone knew it was a Book End scene.

Ishida was singing too well, so I had to remind hir that s/he was tired, scared, and needed to stammer or take too many breaths.

That is the only coherent thing I've gotten out of the dream.

I honestly don't know what brought this on, but...

There were people being forced through these doors. But they weren't ordinary doors, they were time-travel doors, and the people who went through them ended up right in the middle of the Holocaust and were swiftly killed via gas chamber. None of them were Jewish, or even had anything wrong with them; they were just getting murdered for the hell of it. Me and someone else (my friends were there, but this particular character was just a dream person) tried to escape them by going through another door that led to the 1900s, then we ended up in what was either a prison or a hideout from the bad guys and I don't remember what happened after that.

I think I'm watching too much Doctor Who.

I think I was filming some sort of Victoria (Australia) on a Shoestring travel guide. Except that at one point I caught a train to some town that was the original Berlin before it moved during WWII. And I met two of my high school teachers both ranting about the books they needed to teach.

There's one I had last night that I wanted to post here but forgot what it was. :/

There's another one I do remember, though. I can't remember if I've posted it before, but...

Most of it wasn't that weird until the end, where my dad was scolding me for sleeping in so late. I woke up from the dream and freaked out, thinking that the dream actually happened and quickly got out of bed and dressed and such...before realizing it was an hour before I usually wake up.

I always have these dreams where I'm in sort of an alternate version of Walt Disney World. It has all the same attractions, but it has a few weird ones that none of the parks have. Like one starts like any normal Disney ride, but you always end up back at your home somehow. And most of these dreams, if not all of them, always happen at the Magic Kingdom, and it looks a lot different in my dreams than in real life. Well, I am a huge Disney/Disney Parks fan, but these dreams happen all too frequently.

I had a pretty damn weird dream recently. I posted a partial summary on Fetishes, but I guess I'll do a more detailed one here.

I was returning to university (which I will actually be doing at the end of the month, and I utterly hate it). The dream version of it was very strange though, seeming to have elements of both my primary (elementary) school and high school.

Despite the fact that in real life I live in my parents' house, in the dream I was staying on campus... in a "campsite" of sorts (actually just a parking lot filled with sleeping bags). Not at all weirded out by the fact that everyone seems to be living in sleeping bags, I made conversation with a neighboring sleeping bag resident. He mentioned that it's possible to have a girl over, for some reason neither of us thought it would be extremely awkward in the sleeping bag area.

The next day (at least I think it was the next day) I met up with a girl I knew from high school (and who had cut all contact with me when I tried to get closer to her). She was a bit apprehensive at first, but then seemed to warm up to me after I gave my best sad puppy look. We chatted, then she went off to do something. Later on I went over to her dorm (which was actually a proper building, although the room she lived in was a tiny 2x2 room). She greeted me and pulled me inside. For some reason, one of my frenemies from primary school was in that corridor and I gave him an "I. Fucking. Win." look as I went into the room. Then girl and I started making out and the scene cut to an outside view of the university while some upbeat alt rock music played in the background.

I woke up feeling very confused, and somewhat disappointed that I didn't see my own sexytime. o.O

I was shopping for underwear.

And like TRYING IT ON shopping for underwear.

And I never put clothes back on.

Then some hot guy came in the dressing room and I pretty much got raped....
