This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

You have problems with capitalization and grammar. You use This Troper. You use Sinkholes to YMMV articles. You created a work page (Main.MT1) using an acronym. Full titles only. You also put it in Main, which is wrong (see Namespace).
In short, you're doing just about everything we don't want to see a troper do.

MT 1 was there before I started editing. I don't know how to change the name. I type in Majin Tensei and I go straight to the main Shin Megami Tensei page. Could you maybe link me to one of those pages that would help me work on these issues? I didn't mean to screw things up so bad. I really am sorry...
First off with Wounded Gazelle Gambit I simply returned information that was deleted after being on this site for months. As for the IP addresses, I currently reside downtown in a city with over two million people. There might be some overlap between locations that tropers edit from. This site is not the most popular on the web. It is possible only one other person also edited from those locations if she traveled in the same circles I do *. I moved to Texas at the end of July and it appears that Ranonamis and Hartbreak stopped editing before then.
Also I looked at the edits made by the people you accused me of being. I found very little overlap between us. It appears the only thing I have in common with Hartbreak is that we both like wrestling *, and had disagreements with Azul over different things in Code Geass *. Both RAF and Ranon only made a combined 3 edits and none of them were in the categories of the other 2.
However looking over the history of this thread I realized that it is impossible to fight with you Fighteer. So I am giving up and no longer editing. I have to much work to do right now anyway. The election is right around the corner and we are behind in the polls. I do not need the activity I do to relieve stress to add more of it. Just be aware that you are wrong about me and I might return to this site in a few months. Goodbye tvtropes, I will hopefully see this site again someday.

Alright already! The story I was editing (Greek Ninja) no longer exist and here's the proof: the address to it (should be on the page about the story, if not here it is http://sashathegreekninja.blogspot.com) leads to nothing. Now can I have my editing privilege back? I wasn't vandalizing, I was correcting. You have a story and refferences to it in tropes when said work of fiction doesn't even exist. Sorry for taking the time to fix the problem. If that's sufficient proof that the story doesn't exist (since I have to spell out everything 'cause no one thought to check what I was saying about it having been deleted), can I have my edits reversed? All I want to do is remove now useless (since the story doesn't exist, apparently I can't stress this enough) information and I'll be gone. That's it.
I request that everything about Greek Ninja is deleted, if not, give me the chance to do it. I did everything I was told about proving it no longer exists. If you want, research it yourself too. That's all.

Some Sort Of Troper: Prevention beats correction any time. No matter how detailed your edit reason, the only way the one who made the mistake can see it is if they go back in their edit history, which doesn't happen 90% of the time. A commented out note lets them know what they should not be doing in advance. And when the note gives you a link to the discussion with the full story where people agreed on a change, the least you can do if it bothers you is to look at why and how, not automatically assume you know better. I'll lift your suspension, but remember that you are not alone on the wiki.
Caineg Mord: That's because Majin Tensei is a redirect to Shin Megami Tensei. The page you're supposed to create would be VideoGame.Majin Tensei and then make Main.Majin Tensei a redirect to VideoGame.Majin Tensei.
That aside, your capitalisation and spelling seem to randomly drop off. You will have to ask for help in this thread, and if we see improvement, we'll lift your suspension.
Matia: Your edits in Nightmare Fuel are wrong in some way. You use first person and "explanatory" remarks about how you agree with the entry. That's natter, and it is contrary to wiki rules. The wiki is not a forum. It also shows you do not understand Example Indentation. Fix those issues, and then we can lift the suspension.

Okay, that explains a lot. I had wondered why that entry kept disappearing. Thought I'd been forgetting to save the edit. But if someone was deleting the entry then that explains things and on further reflection, I can see why they deleted it. Once the suspension is lifted, I'll remove the Five-Man Band entry from the works page as well.

Being the author of a work does not grant you the right to determine if we should have an article for it on this wiki. If it exists, it has tropes, and it doesn't matter if you like it or not.
If you can prove that the work is no longer accessible to anyone, then you may request that it be cut. You do not get to decide that by yourself. Let me remind you that nothing is ever truly gone on the Internet thanks to caching and archiving.
