Where? I just finished reading the Fate route and I can't recall anyone saying anything about that.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Don't remember. If you don't remember it it might have been in HF.
I'm guessing that Archer takes so long to heal because he's just lucky that way considering who he really is.
One Strip! One Strip!Well, he does have Rank E Luck (which shows in every route).
You know, some people have said that Archer's appearance at the end of Unlimited Blade Works was a Deus ex Machina but I disagree. As a Counter Guardian, he should have around one trillion units of prana available (although his Mana is Rank B so go figure. Perhaps it got substantially lowered when he became a Servant?). Since his Gradation Air should only take 5 units of prana per at most then it makes sense that he'd still be around.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Plus, he probably faked dying in the first place to fool everyone.
It made for a good surprise in the end.
One Strip! One Strip! So I've hit the route split in Fate/EXTRA and the music has now changed.
I thought I loved the music before but this new set is freaking fabulous. I love this game so much.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! You're kinda forgetting that he's been around without a Master for a couple days, got skewered and had enough energy to use Rho Aius and swordspam the Shinji monster. Independent Action is not enough to explain that. He was already at about 10% by the time he fought Shirou.
Also, he wasn't acting as a Counter Guardian anyway, meaning no backup.
....
I wonder if Sakura still needs to eat post Heaven's Feel.
I think she was losing her appetite near the end wasn't she?
One Strip! One Strip! So I just had my first encounter with Lil' Ronnie and her Servant.
Yep. Pretty sure those two need to die.
EDIT: Not sure if Lil' Ronnie's Servant is talking about his Master or Caster in that sentence. Either way, my sentiment remains but he'll have to die twice as hard if it's the latter.
EDIT 2:
Mother of god.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!He probably really does mean spear, you know.
Oh, I know. It's just fun (and horrible) to read it as an innuendo.
Okay, this is getting a bit ridiculous. Oh, and he's referring to his Master there.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Vlancer is pretty hamazing and filled with innuendo, yes.
Lil Ronnie can die in a fire though.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Lancer of Black would flip out if he saw him.
Lancer of Black looks like Alucard.
So, after I finish up with EXTRA and stay night and wait for EXTRA CCC to be translated, where should I go next? I was thinking about reading Tsukihime but Fate/Apocrypha looks pretty cool as well.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Fate/Apocrypha hasn't been fully translated yet (heck, we aren't even out of the first volume yet), so there is that.
Tsukihime has kinda aged a bit, and there is a remake coming up...one day. I'd read it anyway? Shrug.

Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Well, it'll be quite a while before I'm finished with those two anyway so who knows what the situation will be like then.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Chibichuki chaper 1 raw scan: http://imgur.com/a/CDys0
Here the summary:
- The Big Bad is Kinoko Nasu. He uses sort of reality marble to trap everyone from many TM series into his new universe. Everyone cannot escape from his universe.
- Kinoko Nasu's role is like Monokuma-ish from Dangan Ronpa series. (Shiki can't kill him tho).
- Saber's Excalibur turn into Paper fan. Nasu won't allowed anyone use their weapon/magecraft.
Okay, this looks hilarious. Can't wait for translation.
So, against the suggestions of numerous people, I'm watching the original Fate Stay Night anime.
Mostly, I want a third reference point to compare the new anime to.
So when it starts, I'll have seen the original Visual Novel, the Unlimited Blade Works movie, and this first anime.
Of those three, only one of them doesn't suck. It will be interesting to see how the new series is different from the original source and the other adaptations.
Also, I'm still wondering about whether Sakura still needs to eat after becoming a Holy Grail or not.
One Strip! One Strip!I think the UBW movie was actually pretty good if you take it as intended. As a story, it's absolutely horrid in pretty much every way and completely ruins the route, that's for sure. However, it's intended to be pure fanservice for people who already know the story and just want to see the fight scenes animated. Also, their choice for Sasaki's Enlgish voice is the best ever and no one can deny it. Shirou's pretty awesome too, what with him being Viral.
@Chibichuki: Oh my god. This needs to be translated into English ASAP.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Check out the manga too. It's far from perfect but in my opinion it's better than the first anime at least.
Isn't the general opinion that just about anything would be better than the first anime?
While I have yet to read them myself (although I will when I do a Bad/Dead End run), I do hope the ufotable comes up with something good to replace the H scenes with. Those other scenes added to Realta Nua sound absolutely absurd.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I actually have been reading the manga as well.
They spared Shinji, and actually showed the supposed nicer side that Nasu says he has. Considering Nasu's tendency to say Character X is actually Y, or can really be or do Z, and then do absolutely nothing to prove it, it was nice.
That being said, like most media, Sakura is demoted to extra just as much as any adaptation that isn't directly her route. Nasu really should have done more with her in the other ones.
One Strip! One Strip!
^^ A greater mystery. In more practical terms, cause them to use up all their energy or cause damage to their core.
^ No, it was stated that he was healing oddly slowly. They suspected Excalibur had something to do with it, but it was never really dwelt on.
