I like to talk more about the farming videogame that I like to world bill for fun.

Before I Un- Pokémoned the game I was trying to have a Pokémon pat for every type. I came up with.

Lilipup, Tepig, Grooky, Piplup, Pikachu, Alolan Vulpix, Pancham, Koffing, Phamphy, Chatot, Glarian Ponyta, Karablast, Rockruff, Mismagaus, Goomy, Perloin, Glarian Meowth, and Clefairy

And I had Blissy and Alteria as livestock that are impossible in the real world. As they give both milk and egg and wool and eggs respectively.

Bouffalant was going to give both Wool and Milk but Yaks and some Goats do that IRL.

And I have art of my Garment the only original character before I started adding monster girls who I called Nogibak. Now his name is Ylzzirg.

I recently just came up with an idea for a what-if game called "Yuri Kart". It's basically a Massive Multiplayer Crossover racing game that pulls characters from works of the Yuri Genre, and how this would work is that each racer would be teams of two characters in one (or couples in this case) racing against other teams, with the player being able to switch between who's the driver and who's the attacker that can use items mid-race a la Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. In addition, each team would have their own Limit Breaks that would work similar to the All-Star Moves from Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing.

Here's my full complete roster of the yuri teams that I was able to come up with:

Isn't that second to last one just Fanon? Everyone knows romance doesn't exist in Touhou.

For Touhou at least, the series runs on fanon so Mari/Renko works. It's not like I'm limiting myself purely to official yuri couples anyway.

This isn't so much an idea as it is an opinion (actually both), but while Pokémon and other franchises have been remodeling their CGI and gameplay to be more and more visually realistic, why not do the opposite? Imagine... with our current technology capacity (which has the power to load a world as massive as Skyrim), Pokémon would have enough room in a game's hardware/software to fit all the regions in a single game if they stopped focusing on visuals (it could be a hundred times bigger of a world than Skyrim). While they're at it, they can make it an MMORPG, since some MMORPG's embrace a 2D model; they'd be the top-down version of Maple Story.

I played Pokémon Blue, I know the 2D experience well, it can still be fun whether or not Charizard is a single sprite or a fully animated 3D model. I don't care about the fancy charges a Pokémon makes towards an opponent as you command it to slash, it's the strategy we're in for.

Speaking of big new takes on Nintendo franchises... (I hope I haven't posted this already)

I had an idea for a Super Smash Bros. game that would be called something like Super Smash Bros. Revolution or Super Smash Bros. New Worlds. The idea is to take all the characters that have been playable in previous Smash games, throw them out, and start with a clean slate. This would give Nintendo space to add all sorts of new characters. There could be characters who the fans have been requesting for years, like Geno, Bandanna Waddle Dee, and Heavy Weapons Guy. There could be lesser-known third party characters, like the two who I really want, Klonoa and NiGHTS. There could also be a lot of minor, underrated characters from Nintendo's big franchises. There could be so much potential.

The only problem is, what if people want to keep playing as the characters from previous games? I would say "just play the previous games," but what if people do exactly that and don't buy this game? Maybe there could be some way to share content between this game and Ultimate.

Where to even start...

An idea of game I had recently is one who shows how much being a penguin can sucks. You're basically just a penguin on an iceberg who live along other penguins and who try to survive to leopard seals, orcas, global warming, other male penguins who try to steal your wife, petrels who want to eat your kids, gangs of penguins who terrorize other penguins. I picture the game as having a cartoonish aestethic with googly-eyed penguins and to be filled with Black Comedy (like a gag when a baby harper seal reveal himself to be a vicious predator who can tear you apart) the penguins are also Chew Toys who dies frequently. I also expect the gameplay to be like all these animals life simulator with some mix of 3d platformers.

I've actually had an idea for a Copy Kitty fangame for a while, but I don't know if it will ever come to fruition. I've even created a page on this wiki for it in "Unpublished works". And all it really is is just an FPS in the same vein as Half-Life. Still, I think it's a really cool idea.

There's Shady Lewd Kart, but that is about characters from more perverted games. It's fun on its own merits.

A game like Trauma Center where you're a surgeon operating on patients, but everyone is a Little Bit Beastly pokemon-human hybrid and you work at the equivalent of a pokemon center.^note Don't worry, it's set in an alternate universe in the future where humans evolved into pokemon, there hasn't been any Squicky bestiality going on. To make it less like a blatant Trauma Center ripoff, there would be cases where patients try to defend themselves (intentionally or not) and you have to use different moves in time to counter them. You'd also have to use some of your moves to heal certain ailments.

A puzzle-platformer where you control like Knuckles from Sonic 3 & Knuckles with a glide & climbing, except you can’t directly move left or right. Essentially like Gamechamp’s Knuckles challenges.

Playing with the Silent Protagonist trope to give the player a sudden, dawning realization of dread when said Protagonist is Suddenly Voiced at the climax.

... okay that was vague. Let me explain.

In universe, the character plays the first trope straight, including the implication that NP Cs shoehorn dialogue from them to get you to do stuff. However, there is a reason for this, hinted throughout the story that said protagonist is from a race of telepaths that do not speak at all. All well and good, except that for the Golden ending you also find out that there is a similar ESP based species, that can actually control minds. The antagonist is of this species, as it turns out.

So... when the supposed final boss is done and dusted, and Protagonist starts thanking allies?

More ideas for my magical girl game! There'd be three classes based off the three Archetypes we have on this site: Cute Witch, Warrior, and Idol Singer. The Cute Witch is heavily Magic focused (duh), the Warrior has a lot of sparkly weapons and melee attacks, and the Idol fights by singing and dancing. I might have Dark and/or Deconstruction as NG+ classes or unlockables. Dark would be either a versatile all purpose character or a beast master. Deconstruction would be super powerful but she damages herself when she attacks. She's also locked to the Sullen personality while for every other character personality is part of character customization.

Every class has a default outfit but they also have access to all other outfits. So Warrior can wear Cute Witch's default outfit and Idol Singer can wear Warrior's outfit, etc.

To build up your base you have to free villagers who have been turned into monsters by an evil dark lord. These villagers will run shops and inns and such. The Tailor is the tutorial monster you fight because I want to give access to outfits as quickly as possible.

Traversal items are unlocked through either gameplay or story progression but because open worlds can be a slog without fun traversal they'll probably be easier to get than, say, powerful upgrades.

Me and a friend were discussing yesterday how vampires didn't show up on film because film stock is created out of silver-nitrate (same reason vampires don't have a reflection), but they do show up on digital recordings.

So I had this idea where the player is a paranormal investigator with a bunch of found footage to sort through about different vampire killings and attacks, and your job, in brief, is to figure out which of the vampires that show up in the digital videos are also the ones who show up in the traditional film, where you can see them in the former but not the latter.

A custom strategy-fighting-board-card game maker AKA a Tabletop that allows for either a hexagonal or grid map, and lets the play design their own cards and figures, make their own stats and all that. The map can be modified as much as they want, adding hazards and special spaces. Basically, design the whole thing with many parts. Like Lego. Choose your own system(s) out of all the premade ones like how combat works. It'd also be open source, allowing for people to easily mod the game and add more things.

And after you're done, you can play with a bunch of people either all on the same device (depending on the system, has to be turn by turn), or online.

A horror game inspired by Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing that takes its infamous Obvious Beta status and plays it for horror in a way.

Inspired by the current discussion in OTC about the FLESH system: Witch Surgeon Simulator, a game where you are a doctor facing a lurching horde of uncooperative patients by trying to sew all their organs back in place before they eat your brains. You can't let that happen. You need your brains, that's where you keep all your medical expertise. Which organs each patient is missing are semi-randomised, and tougher patients are missing more organs in less convenient locations. Patients who have been cured become neutral or friendly: establishing waiting rooms, performing triage, distributing pharmaceuticals, collecting and eventually growing organ transplants, scavenging and assembling progressively advanced medical equipment, and developing innovative new surgical techniques for you to use.
