I don’t have much info on this but I’m guessing that Nanoha being an All-Loving Heroine would see why Homura acted the way she did in Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie: Rebellion but would still want to stop her.

Madoka befriends Chiaki. When the latter ends up in a killing game, Madoka ends up trying to save her and either fails causing a Heroic BSOD or succeeds leading her and the other Madoka girls being targeted

While initially a comedy about Tech v. Magic, in one of their shitfits, Lysisthea would reveal her tragic life-shortening trauma. I dunno Fire Emblem so spoilering to be safe
From then on, the two get on better and Jenny works with her to try various methods to avert her untimely death.
The big climactic moment of the series would be Lysisthea using a big magical blast of some sort to save Jenny from a big bad. There's be a death fakeout but either she's saved because she purged enough of the magic or Jenny can heal just barely.
Kipo and Glimmer, both voiced by Karen Fukuhara

I haven't seen much of Kipo, but from what I've read they'd probably get along seeing how Kipo is interested in astrology and Glimmer has (season 5 spoilers) been to space and is also associated with sparkles, which can look like little starts at times.
I feel like they'd also bounce off of each other in terms of energy and eagerness, but also be aware of the amount of repsonsibility both of them have in their current positions.
Plus quite a few hugs inbound. As well as some serious amounts of pink and purple. Again, sorry this isn't the best but it's for fun :)
Let's go with Delthea (no last name given) and Himiko Yumeno, who are both voiced by Cristine Marie Cabanos in their respective English dub. Feelings are complicated

Khyber is looking to get more money, but he has to hire Lugnut to pay him. Lugnut retorts that he is a machine, but Khyber keeps demanding money until the Decepticon decides to give the mercenary a job to tear down all Autobots on Earth.

Nilou and Epsilon engage in a friendly chat, until Nilou accidentally mentions that Epsilon's breasts are fake. Epsilon then chases Nilou (but not in the intense and dramatic way, rather in a more comedic Scooby-Dooby Doors way) and attempts to kill her, but Nilou apologises. Epsilon begrudgingly accepts her apology.
"Can't afford me? Tough break, kiddo."

Jashin-chan was watching Mari's concert as an audience member. Mari asks Jashin-chan to rate the idol singer's performance, but the lamia is disappointed and displeased.
Mari then playfully plays with Jashin-chan's tail just for the lulz, but the lamia bites the idol singer's hand as she screams in agony and faints from blood loss. Jashin-chan clearly enjoys watching Mari suffer...until the wounded idol singer dropped a charm that reads "Death", in which the lamia takes.
Jashin-chan attempts to defy fate and claim that she will not die, but is promptly run over by an autonomous truck, though she survives, in which Mari, having regained her consciousness, calls her out on having a death wish.
The two then part ways from each other, never to meet face-to-face again from that point on.
