Creating a FanVerse - have you done it? Any advice on creating one?

I've been creating my Fan Verse, which contains characters from:

• Better Call Saul (only Saul, and Skyler from Breaking Bad appear here; no Walter White, and Skyler isn't Skyler White).
• Arrowverse (but none of them are superheroes within this Continuity, only Oliver Queen, Thea Queen, Felicity Smoak and Sara Lance are in this setting. Also, Sara Lance isn't bisexual, she's heterosexual in this setting, and lives in the UK, not Starling City.)
• Person of Interest (Control isn't a villain here, but she isn't working for the government either)
• Lucifer (well, 1 character, Chloe Decker)
• Grey's Anatomy
• The Catch (except they're not dealing with the show's Story Arc in this universe)

along with Original Character creations of mine.

This Fan Verse differs in that the Fan Fic is not a Continuation Fic nor does it have any Shipping in - basically, it's a Gen Fic of sorts told via a wiki off-site (well... localhost anyway).

The characters have had personality changes from the originals, to make them differ, and it's generally more Slice of Life than action-packed

I'm treating it as if it's an In-Universe episode guide with a Recap and list of actors who starred in it (so it's a sort of Film Fic, Gen Fic, Fusion Fic and Transplanted Character Fic in one).

Is this an unusual way to present fan fiction, written like an official Wikia for the show?

Who has their own Fan Verse here, and what's yours like? What would you advise when creating your own Fan Verse, especially as I'm new to this?

My advice for ya is to make sure your knowledge is very consistent.

And if you're starting out, make it small just to make sure the readers are not overwhelmed...
