Yeah, that's not a good pic. Off the top of my head, a collage of heroic characters whose primary color is blue seems best. What I was thinking was Shinji Ikari, the Fantastic Four, Spock, an Ultramarine, Mega Man, and Korra.
Shinji('s EVA) looks purple so I don't think he'll qualify for this trope.
''“You want a planet? I’ll give you a planet! Heck, I’ll give you your own solar system! No, I’ll give you a house... in Boca Raton!I meant Shinji in his plugsuit◊, not Unit 01.
It's not loading for me for some reason.
''“You want a planet? I’ll give you a planet! Heck, I’ll give you your own solar system! No, I’ll give you a house... in Boca Raton!I think it's better to not have an image that's also Primary-Color Champion.
Check out my fanfiction!I am hard pressed to find an example that has any meaning to it... Unlike Red Is Heroic which has cultural significance to Japan and others. Blue does not, its almost always just a counterpart to Red Is Evil.
Does this Ultramarines pic look heroic enough?
Knowledge is Power, Guard it WellI would say so, but I'm biased. Here's◊ a larger version of the pic.
It's better than nothing, I guess.
(Annoyed grunt)Ultramarines don't look so heroic to me, what with their Darth Vader masks. Plus, everything I've every read about WH40K makes it sound like they're just the least-dark shade of gray in the setting, not traditionally heroic.
What about the logo for City of Heroes?◊ Or we could use this ad that contrasts it with City of Villains.◊

Since we're adding bluish heroes for a collage, here's Blue Beetle in Ted Kord◊ and Jaime Reyes◊ versions.
From the Sonic Adventure 2 intro...
''“You want a planet? I’ll give you a planet! Heck, I’ll give you your own solar system! No, I’ll give you a house... in Boca Raton!
I think FF is still the clearest example so far, it's just lacking in quality. Most of the other suggestions here either don't look heroic enough (Ultramarines, Blue Beetle), are a better fit for other tropes (Supes has already been mentioned, and I'd sooner think Evil Counterpart or Color Contrast based on that Sonic pic above).

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"^ Works for me.

I don't know it doesn't actually show anything but people in blue, there is no cultural aspect to it or anything.
It's literally just people in blue.
Maybe this◊, then?
I still prefer 16's examples.
''“You want a planet? I’ll give you a planet! Heck, I’ll give you your own solar system! No, I’ll give you a house... in Boca Raton!^^^ What does this have to do with culture? It's about blue being used to indicate heroes, usually through clothing. Four friendly-looking people with superpowers is somehow "literally just people in blue"? That conclusion requires ignoring most of the context.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"I also prefer 16. They look sufficiently heroic. And sufficiently blue.
Check out my fanfiction!I'll go with 16.
(Annoyed grunt)
The image is terrible quality, doesn't portray anyone doing anything heroic, and isn't potholed. Motion to pull.
Not sure how this would be pictured, but I'd prefer imageless to this one.
